Plagiarism

This is not an article-- something I came across recently and I am not one to mention names.

This is serious. Do you have any idea what sort of mess you've gotten yourself into if you copy someone else's writing? Without their permission and passing it off as your own?

Personally, this is something that has agitated me. I might not be a world class poet but my writing is mine and I don't give the right to anyone(unless I give them the permission) to even post it on any of their social media pages. And in the past, I had experiences when this happened. But it wasn't plagiarism, because I was approached.

This activity has caught my eye for some time now, but I can't be quiet about it any longer. I am not complaining reader, I am warning you. Stop it. It's not hard for me to differentiate between your original work and copied off work. Also, people, please stop with the lies, you post on your message boards about the ranking system. I don't even get the fluff. It's so irritating because I see the same ranking for featured authors and you are lying about it? I so don't get it. Cut the crap.

You are deceiving others and it's not right to the readers you request to read your stuff. It's not right to the writers you stole the writings from! Please, just stop it. I don't think any of us Wattpaders who writes from our heart and soul can manage to swallow this on more than several occasions.

It's not right to us.

It's not right to your own self.

Stop it and start writing from your heart with your fingers. Grow from there!
