Sam & Jack

Part 26

        Book two is gonna be about Sam's first summer. It will only last in summer. The story will be called Sam & Jack 2: A luxurious Island. And the last thing I'll tell you is Sam will meet a bunch of people, me see brand new thing!!

      Sam's P.O.V
Mommy and daddy woke me up at 5 in the morning. "No.." I pushed them away from me. I didn't want to get up.

"Sam, come on. We have to go back home." Daddy picked me up, and carried me to the car. Aunt Marzia, and uncle Felix left earlier. Uncle Mark, and Aunt Amy where dropping us off at the airport.

"We'll see you guys at PAX." Uncle Mark told us.

"Good bye." I hugged Aunt Amy, then uncle Mark. Mommy and daddy hugged them both, them we got on the plane. Boomer hid in my book bag. The security guard said I was fine.

A month passed. It was February. Mommy told me Daddy's birthday was soon. "How old is he?"

"He's gonna turn 27." Mommy told me as we walked threw the store.

"That's old!!" I yelled.

"Sh!! Where in public!! You can scream when we get home." Mommy laughed as she said that.

"Exactly how many days till his birthday?" I asked grabbing Jell-O.

"Tomorrow."

"CAN I GET ART SUPPLIES?!" I yelled again.

"SHHH!!! Why? We have pencils at home." Mommy said as she grabbed tomatoes.

"Yeah, but not green."

"Fine. One pack. That's it." I threw the pack into the cart. Me, and mommy looked around for the rest of the groceries. Then we went home. When we got home daddy was gone. Mommy said that he went to re-dye his hair.

"How old is daddy again?" I asked mommy.

"He's gonna turn 27."

".." I didn't speak. I forgot how to right. Mommy helped me though. She sketched 27 on my paper for me to trace. Then I traced harder over it, after that I colored it different types of green. Me, and Boomer ran outside, then we came back inside to stamp our hands. Right when I was about to say something daddy's car pulled in. Mommy quickly picked me up and dashed me to the bed room. Boomer ran behind her.

"I'll tell him you're sleeping. You finish you're card for him." Mommy whispered to me. I nodded. Then she walked out of the room.

I put my ear on the door to hear what they where talking about. Boomer was finishing the card. "Hey." Daddy paused. Him and mommy probably kissed. "Where's Sam at?"

"He's sleeping. When we were driving home he fell asleep in the car."

"I'm gonna go see him." I quickly put the card under the bed, grabbed Boomer then laid down fast. And just in time. Daddy walked up to me to see if I was really sleeping. He actually fell for it. When he walked out of the room, he yelled something. "The wolfs gonna get you!!"

I quickly got off the bed with Boomer, and hide behind a chair in the living room. Daddy laughed, and mommy giggled a little bit. "ITS NOT FUNNY!!" I yelled.

"Well.."

"ITS. NOT. FUNNY."

It was morning which meant.. DADDYS BIRTHDAY!! I quickly got out of bed, I'm pretty sure I stepped on daddy's face and mommy stomach. I grabbed the card under the bed, and shoved it in his face. "HERE READ IT!!" I pushed both of them off the bed.

"What's th-." Daddy paused. When he was reading it, he started to cry. ---imagine anything that you think Sam would've wrote--- He pulled me into a hug. Mommy filmed a video. I kept laughing at him crying. It was funny. "Okay, me crying, not funny!!" Daddy yelled trying to get mommy's phone. She quickly gave it to me. I ran around the house with it. "SAM, COME HERE, DAMNIT!!" Daddy.. he never yelled so loud before, but he was not, and I mean he was not gonna delete the video.

"IF YOU DELETE THE VIDEO, THEN THE MEMORY OF SHARING YOUR FIRST BIRTHDAY WITH ME WILL BE GONE!!" I yelled. He stopped chasing me. Daddy agreed with me. We both stood in the hallway till we smelled food.

"Food.." Me, and daddy both said. When we walked to the kitchen there where donuts. "DONUTS!!!"

We both dashed to get plates and started eating. "Happy birthday." Me and mommy told daddy. He just smiled as he ate.
