i woke up and it just felt like another typical day in baltimore, i got up brushed my teeth, showered, applied my make-up and headed out to school. on the way i met up with my best friend Cassade, we've been best friends ever since primary school. Cassade's been dating a guy called Rian for 2 years, hes a really awsome guy and treats her like a princess. oh and did i forget to tell you hes a drummer?
as we got to homeroom and i suddenly noticed all the girls was whispering about something, then as me and Cass sat down i noticed a rocky looking guy talking our teacher, there was somthing different about him. he didnt really look like the guys you normaly see at out school, you know the chavy, rapper guys with jelled hair (eewww).
'everyone this is Alex, Alex Gaskarth. hes your new class mate'
'hey wassuupp guys, im alex' he said nervously
i stared at him intensly and our eyes locked. i instantly looked away as i noticed he saw me staring.
20 mintues later.
i walked into Science and noticed Alex was sitting in the spare seat next to me. ok i admit it, i was happy to see him there, im mean he's gorgeous . he gave me little butterflys in my stomache.
'Katy you'll be sitting by Alex, i want you to help him catch up' said Mrs.Harris
i looked at alex and smiled, shyly.
'hey, im Katy nice to meet you' i was quite nervous around him.
'im alex, its nice to meet you to. so whats it like here in Baltimore?'
'umm, to be fare its quite shit' alex laughed
'where have you moved here from?'
'i moved here from Essex, england. im so glad to get out of Essex, i really didnt want to end up like a plastic doll' he smiled.
'so can you show me around today?' he asked
'sure, i'd love to. ive got a coupple of guy friends you'd love'
i knew that Alex, Jack, Rian, Zack and Matt would all be good friends. they've got such similar personalities.
after science me and Alex headed to the feild to find Jack, Rian, Zack, Matt and Cassade. we walked over and introduced everyone to alex. after 10 minutes of us all being together, its like we've known eachother for years. i swear to god it looks like Jack and Alex look like their becoming best friends already.
at the end of the day Alex offered to walk me home, i said yes. i mean who wouldnt say yes, any chance to get as much time with him as possible.
'so are you and that guy Jack an item?' he asked intrestedly
i smiled because i knew he would have only asked me that if he was intresed in me.
'no, were just really good mates'
we arrived at my house, i turned to alex and thanked him for walking me home. we gave eachother a hug goodbye and before i new it he lent in to kiss me. i returned the kiss. he smiled and walked away.
from the bottom of the driveway he shouted 'bye katy, see you tomorrow. 8?'
'yeah, great. bye' i yelled
as i walked into the house, i shut the door, and slowly slid down it, with a huge grin of disbeleif on my face. i pulled my phone out of my pocket and began to text Cassade.
