Prayers can move mountains and calm the storm.

Matthew 17:20 ESV
He said to them, “Because of your little faith. For truly, I say to you, if you have faith like a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move, and nothing will be impossible for you.”

Last night, my mom feared the heavy rain will not stop she can't go to the market to buy something to cook.

I said, “The rain will stop you can go to the market. The sun will shine."

She doubted, “What if it doesn't stop what will I do to you?"

I said, “It will. Be positive. I say it will, it will. Think positive."

What I really want to say, “I declare in the name of Jesus, the rain will stop, you're able to market in the morning."

Before I went to bed, I pray as always. I still prayed for it. I Declared in Jesus name the rain will stop. The heavy sound of rain stop. There was silence.

In the morning, my mom went to the market. She was able to cook lunch as early as 9:00 AM

I told her, “See, I told you it will stop."

She replied, “I had to wait until it stop."

I asked, “It still stopped, right? You were able to go the market, right?"

She replied, “Fine you, win! You're the greatest!" Sarcastically saying.

My thoughts? It wasn't me. It was the power of Holy Spirit. I couldn't tell her because she doesn't believed things are possible. That if you believe, anything is possible with God.

Matthew 8:25-27 ESV
And they went and woke him, saying, “Save us, Lord; we are perishing.” And he said to them, “Why are you afraid, O you of little faith?” Then he rose and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm. And the men marveled, saying, “What sort of man is this, that even winds and sea obey him?”

She even doubt that it is possible God can answer directly after praying. He even consider my tears as prayers.

John 10:3-5 ESV
To him the gatekeeper opens. The sheep hear his voice, and he calls his own sheep by name and leads them out.  When he has brought out all his own, he goes before them, and the sheep follow him, for they know his voice.  A stranger they will not follow, but they will flee from him, for they do not know the voice of strangers.”

This isn't the first time, every time when I had to go and attend a fellowship whether it was Sunday or not. I declared that the rain will stop before I go out of house. The rain stops fifteen minutes or thirty minutes before I leave. God allows it because it is for his glory not mine. I get surprised each time it had happen.
