It, Was, Evening and Joe, decided to get something to eat. But when he got to a diner, he realised he only had enough for him to eat, So Joe decided not to and left. Why didn't Joe buy himself something to eat, seeing he clearly had enough to.
Answer: because It, Was and Evening was his friends, and they were broke. So if Joe had eaten, he wouldn't have been able to buy them anything, seeing Joe only had enough for himself and no more to spare.
