Crystal p.o.v.

The next couple of weeks i've been having these nightmares about Jacob getting hurt.

And every night I'll wake up crying.

But right now I still live with my mom

while im saving up so I could buy a house or something close to it like an apartment or something.

Its now 2:30.

And Jacob still isnt back with Marie and Aaliyah.

He was supposed to be here 10 minutes ago.

Me and Jacob are still are separated and are currently going through a divorce.

It's been hard because sometimes the kids won't even go to sleep without hearing his voice or seeing his face.

So sometimes I have to call him at 3 in the morning and he still answers on the first ring or if not the second but nothing more.

And sometimes I just have to listen to them cry until they just eventually fall asleep because if I hear his voice all I will do is want to talkand have him by my side.

He finally arrives at 2:35.

I opened the door.

"Mommy" Aaliyah said hugging me and Jacob handed Marie to me in his arms.

"I've missed yall" I hugged them both kissing their foreheads.

"I missed you too mommy " Aaliyah kept hugging my legs.

"alright Liyah go play" I laughed and she left running off.

And I sat Marie down and she crawled off.

"Well...thank you"  I said holding onto the door.

"naw no problem I love my kids and I see you working with that pregnant belly" he smiled laughing

"Well you know"  I joking smiling turning  side ways posing showing my little baby bump.

We both laughed.

"I can't believe it" he touched my stomach.

"You get pregnant so easily I just realized that" he laughed removing his hands.

"Shut up" I pushed his shoulder back.

"well I should get going but can I get them back tonight please at like 6 please?" he begged.

"But I  just got them back Jacob..." I trailed.

"Come on please"  He grabbed my hand.

"Alright but I'll call you after 8 they better be in bed especially Marie" I said.

"Thank you" He said.

"Alright bye" I said.

"Y'all let's go" I yelled to the kids leaving the door open.

"Jacob I'm going to my Ultrasound now wanna come and I Get my results from the Chorionic Villus Sample today too" I smiled.

"what that mean?" he asked.

"To see who the father is remember you gave some of your blood"  I said.

"naw I don't think I'll be able to take it  if the baby's lnot mine"  he said.

"Yeah I understand"  I nodded sighing a bit.

"Alright see ya at 6" he said.

"alright"  I nodded picking up Marie along with her car seat and grabbing Aaliyah hand.
