Chapter 2

Melissa's POV 

I woke up to someone yelling my name from downstairs. It was grandma.

"Melissa wake up!Get ready to go. We already packed your bags!"

"It's six in the morning grandma!"

"Yeah that's why you need to hurry!'

Fine then. I groaned and got up. I just brushed my teeth,combed my hair, and didn't bother to take my pj's off. Gen came in my room to hurry me up.

"So you're coming with?" I asked.

"Yeah, I don't want you to be alone at the academy. Lots of weird kids,"

"Ok. Where is it?"

"England because it needs to be close to the forest and stuff,"

Wow. England. I couldn't believe it I always wanted to visit England since we live in San Diego, California. Now I get to do that with my best friend.

"That's so cool!"I said

I went downstairs and grandma was there and the lady from the academy once again.

"Hi my name is Claire, I shall take you girls to the academy and give you a tour when we get there ok?¨ She said.

¨Yeah ok, my name is Melissa and this is my cousin, Genevieve;¨I said.

¨Well let's hurry we don't want to miss the plane,¨ Claire said.

I turned to grandma who was already ready to give me a hug.

¨I'll miss you grandma even though we couldn't spend much time together¨ I said sadly.

¨Me too honey,¨she said sounding sad too.

¨Let's go we don't want to miss the flight,¨Claire said.

I walked out of the house with Gen by my side. I looked back at grandma and waved my good bye and walked towards a white van that Claire had just gotten into.

¨Well I'll find out what's so special about me now,¨ I said under my breath.

I'll bring One Direction in when they get to school and stuff and at school the teachers are going to explain everything about elementals.I think it's a good book but I really don't know if you guys like it so please give me some feedback.Should I make the chapters longer? Idk help me!
