The weekend went by fast. Before I knew it, I was awoken by my alarm on Monday morning. I groaned and shut the alarm off. After staring at the ceiling for awhile, I got up and put my clothes on. When I was done with my normal morning things, I started to go downstairs. If you killed yourself, you would no longer have to worry if you're going to get your ass kicked every time you go down the stairs. I ignored the voices in my head and went the full way down the stairs.

When I was down, I didn't see my mom or Shane. Without waiting for them to appear, I grabbed my bag and went out the door.

When I got to school, I expected Wade to be there, ready to beat my ass for what I said on Friday. He wasn't. In fact, none of his friends were. I kept my guard up as I walked into the school. Nothing happened. I should be relieved, right? So why am I not? I should be jumping for joy. Something is wrong. Wade never misses out when he wants to beat me up. Something is seriously wrong.

"Hey Mark!" I turned around to see Jack, smiling at me.

"H-hi." I replied.

"Do ya want to walk to class together?" He asked me.

"S-sure."

After my reply we started walking together. We were silent for awhile, then Jack asked, "Why do you wear sleeves all the time?"

I've had this question before, I can cover. "I-I g-get cold r-r-really e-easily. I-it's just e-easier t-to k-keep my j-jacket o-on r-rather than t-take i-it off all t-t-t-the t-time."

"Oh. Well. No offense, but I don't see how you can stand that all the time. Don't you over-heat? You have to get hot all the time." Jack replied skeptically.

"I-I j-just d-deal with i-it. I-it doesn't r-really b-b-bother m-me anymore." I said.

He just looked at me and continued to walk. We didn't say anything else to each other when we got in the classroom. He went to his seat, I went to mine. You annoyed him. He hates you. Your stupid stuttering annoys him. He can barely even understand you. He'd be happy if you died. They're right. They're always right. I heard the bell ring and the teacher walked in. I looked to the seat next to me. Still no Wade.

~Time skip- lunch~
I heard the bell ring for lunch. I picked up my stuff and made my way to my locker. I put everything away before making my way to the cafeteria.

While I was walking, Jack decided to come and walk next to me. We stayed in silence until we walked in the cafeteria. "You're going to sit with me today." Jack suddenly said.

"I-I d-don't want t-to i-intrude." I shakily replied.

"You aren't going to intrude. You're going to sit with me today, no buts. Now, let's go to my table so you can meet the little shits that are my friends." Jack said before grabbing my hand and leading me to a lunch table.

He led me to a table with five people sitting in the chairs. He made a noise and they all looked up at us. "Guys, this is Mark. Mark, this is Ryan, Felix, Matt, Cry, and Bob. Ryan and Matt fuck each other all the time and are dating, Felix and Cry are fuck boys for each other, and Bob feels nothing for anyone or anything." Jack explained to me before forcing me to sit in the seat next to him and, I think, Bob.

"Ryan and I do not fuck each other all the time! Only on weekends." Matt said. Jack and everyone else at the table except Ryan gave him a pointed look.

"Hey Cry, do you think we're fuck boys for each other?" Felix asked Cry.

"Of course we are you dumbass!" Cry replied before giving Felix a high-five.
