((It was a few weeks before the gang got back together, Dean refusing to even look at Cas, Charlie getting laid, and Sam and Jess spending some "couple time", and Cas getting caught up in school.))
Castiel sat in the classroom quietly, looking at the small paper with an annoyed glare. He couldn't figure out this last math problem!
'Divide by four, multiply by three, then graph,' he repeated the teachers words to himself. He raked his fingers through his dark, soft hair as he squinted at the algebra 2 paper. He groaned, as he looked at the large clock at the top of the room, right above the white board.
3:28 pm, school ended 28 minutes ago, and he still was on this last problem, Cas tilted his head at the problem, as of trying to read it's thoughts, as he realized he wouldnt, he sighed in frustration as he shoved the paper in his neat backpack and stalked out, towards his bike. He glanced down at his phone, seeing he had two messages.
Charlie: "Sup, bitch. Wanna go hang out, Mr. Gay?"
Cas rolled his eyes, he wasn't gay, no. He was bi, but no one seemed to get the facts right. He chuckled slightly as he typed a message back.
"Uh.. sure, where to?" He asked, before looking up just in time to see a bright light, and then he heard a loud crunch, before utter agony filled his entire being. He heard the screeching of a car, and yelling as everything faded into the background, before the darkness engulfed him.

5:45 pm
Dean rolled over to reach out for his phone blindly, hearing 'carry on my wayward son' blasting from beside him. He found his phone by the third ring, and swiped the accept button. He pressed the phone to his hear to hear the sound of rock music loud in his hears, some faint shouting, and then Charlie's voice.
"Dean, wake your ass up, get Samantha and Jess and get to the hospital... Now," Charlie yelled, and Dean groaned.
"Charlie I'm sleeping, Sam and Jess are doing homework and dad took mom on a date in my car cuz theirs broke down, I can't go." Dean grumbled, as he looked up at his roof, the dim light of his room barely showing the posters on his ceiling. His lips curved into a smile as he saw the supermodel leaning against the old mustang, her cleavage spilling out over her pink swimsuit, but his attention was turned back to the conversation when charlie screamed his name.
"Dean, Castiel is in the hospital. He got hit by a car on the way to his bike after school." Charlie said quickly, and Deans heart stopped, and he felt as if everything was moving in slow motion. He let his phone drop onto the bed as he shot up, running around trying to find sam.
"SAM! GET YOUR BITCH ASS DOWN HERE AND CALL UNCLE BOBBY!" He spat, grabbing his shirt and his socks and running to his shoes. Sam ran out, on the phone with Bobbie, grabbing his shoes quickly.
"Dean what's going on? Yeah, Dean wanted you for something. Dean what did you want?" He asked, pulling his work boots on and shrugged his flannel on.
Dean looked at Sam with worry filled eyes.
"Cas... is in the hospital... we need a ride." Dean said, as he pulled his converse on and tugged on his jacket.
"Damn it, what did you idjits do with the impala?" Dean heard Bobbie say, though he could barely pay attention to what was actually going on. He paced the livingroom, back and forth waiting for Bobbie to just give in already.
"Thanks Bobbie," Sam said after a slight pause, and then Dean stopped pacing to look at him with half relief in his eyes.
"Where's jess?" He asked, and Sam smiled, and pointed towards his pocket.
"She is with her mom, we where on the phone before you yelled for me," Sam said with understanding eyes.
Ten minutes later there where headlights in the window, and Dean flew out the door, and was in bobbies car before Bobbie had stopped, Sam at his tail.
And off they went.

'Beep....'
'Beep.......'
'Beep beep....'
The monitor rang in Castiels ears as he fought to gain conciousness. He felt slight pain, an ach against the power of the morphine coursing through his veins. He groaned, afraid to move. He struggled To remember what had landed him in what he could tell by the smell and feel, a hospital. He remembered math, and walking, and bright lights, then... nothing. Cas' eyes opened slowly, the bright light of the hospital room. As his eyes adjusted to the bright lights he could make out a boring room, and outlines of people. His blue eyes adjusted to the light around him, and he saw four people.
Charlie, her red hair notted back in a messy bun, her fingers tapping against her legs quickly. His mom, her brown hair covering her face as her cheeks flushed with tears, his other mother beside her, conforting her, her bright blue eyes stained with tears as well as she moved her red hair from her face. Cas looked around confused as he heard someone gasp.
"He's awake!" Charlie said, as there was a loud bang, and the door was busted open showing two more teens and a older, rough looking man. Cas' heart monitor sped up as his eyes landed on Dean's, his eyes watering as he ran up to cas' bedside.
"Hi Cas...," he mumbled, his voice cracking as he put his hand over cas' non bandaged one and looked down at him. His other arm was broken, his leg fractured, and his head wrapped in white bandages.
"Hello Dean," Cas' raspy  voice croaked, as he looked up at Dean with gentle eyes. Dean looked down at him sadly, before wrapping his hand around his fingers, the rest of the people in the room almost disappeared as they gazed at eachother.
"I'm gonna take care of you Cas... I promise," Dean whispered, as he looked at the injured boy. Cas' chapped lips pulled up in a small smile as he shook his head.
"I'm fine, Dean, really." Cas said, moving his hand under his as if to prove it.
"What is going on?" Bobbie asked one of Cas' mom's, staring at the moment unfolding in front of them.
"Beats me if I know," Charlie answered for them, as the two married women looked at the two boys, then to the older man and teenage girl.
"Looks like Cas has a boyfriend," one of them mumbled as they giggled, and Charlie nods quickly.
"But don't say the b word around Dean, he thinks he's straight," Sam said, speaking up for the first time since they'd arrived, everyone chuckled.
"You know we can hear you, right?" Dean said, turning towards them with an annoyed look in his eyes. Cas let out a small laugh, before his laugh turned to a low, raspy cough. One of his moms, the one with red hair, pressed the doctor button, and a nurse walked in, with dark black hair and dark brown eyes.
"Oh I see your awake, hello... Castiel. My name is meg, and I will be your nurse, you rang?" She said, her eyes on the full room with slightly wide eyes.
Cas looked at his mom expectantly, she smiled kindly at her.
"He needs water, and food, he looks pale," his mom said, feeling the boys cheek, Cas looked confused as if he just realized he was not okay.
"Okay," she said before walking out, and back in with a large blue cup of ice water.
"How are you feeling today Mr. Novak?" She asked, turning a flirtatious eye at him. Dean's blood boiled as he watched her check his vital signs and his bandages.
This was gonna be a long night.

Cas stiffened slightly as he sat up, looking at the sleeping boy to his left, asleep in an awkward position on the small blue couch. Cas couldn't help but smile, seeing the scrunched up face of Dean Winchester. His body curled up towards him, in case cas' needed something he could hear. His fingers grazed against the remote of his free hand. He wanted to watch something, but he couldn't figure out what to watch. The long fingers felt the up button, but instead of finding something to watch, the sleeping boy seemed more interesting. He watched his eyes flutter as he dreamed, his chest rising up and down gently. Every now and then he would mumble something, most of the time about some type of food.
"You love him, don't you son?" A gentle voice mumbled, making him jump. He looked over to see one of his mothers, the red head, staring down at him lovingly. Cas' eyes flickered to him, then raises his eye brows, his eyes wide as he thought about those words his dB mother had just said.
"I... mom we just met barely a month ago...," he said, looking up at her with confused blue eyes. She looked at him with soft, sad eyes.
"Honey, love works in interesting ways," she mumbled, gently touching his soft, yet firm cheeks. He looked down quickly, then back at Dean with soft gentle feels.
"I don't wanna think about it mom... He is straight," he sad, with sad eyes.

Dean laid down, quietly listening to the conversation at hand, and he tried to act as if it wasn't effecting him.
'Cas... love... me?" He thought, his heartbeat racing frantically. He was straight, he thought he knew that, but ever since that boy came into his life he has questioned that ever day, at least once a day, and if that didn't mean something he didn't know what did. If he was honest with himself it scared him, badly. He didn't have a real relationship with a girl, much much less a guy. He had never even thought about that, he always found guys just not attractive, but there was something about this one that made him crazy.
Dean laid there, thinking about the feeling he got when Charlie told him cas was in the hospital, it was terrible, like he would die if cas did. It was terrible, that's all he knew. And this time, he didn't think he could continue to denigh it.
