"Dean, go get some sleep, or at least change your clothes, I'll watch for him." Sam said to the barely awake, yet very concerned brunette. Dean looked up at him with bags under his eyes, and wrinkled clothes. He rubbed his eyes with the back of his hand, and flicked his other at him dramatically.
"No, Sam I'm fine, he might need me." Dean said, looking worriedly at the sleeping male laying on the bed in front of him. He smiled sadly as he looked at how relaxed Castiel's face looked as he slept, his chest moving up and down in slow but small breaths. His leg was propped up on the white hospital bed. It had been a few days since Dean had ate anything other than crappie hospital food, or slept on anything other than the stiff couch in his room.
He looked back up at him quickly, and sighed, he knew he was right.
Dean stood up, and looked at his younger brother with athority deep in his eyes.
"20 minutes." He said, and turned to walk out. He felt someone grab his hand quuckly.
"No, take a few hours Dean, take a shower, change, take a nap. You need it, trust me, you look worse than cas." He said, and sat down on the couch and pulled out his phone.

Dean rushed into his room, breathing deeply as he rushed to find himself a change of clothes. He needed to  get back to Cas, he needed to get back to Cas. That's all he heard in his mind as he picked out a couple AC/DC t-shirts, and his jeans, and shoved them in a black backpack. He grabbed multiple pairs of socks, and headed to his shower, jumped in, and started the shower before turning to take his clothes and shoes off, not wanting to wait. He felt his shirt dampen as he pulled his shoes and socks off, then worked his pants off, and tore off his soaked shirt. He ran his fingers through his now wet hair before letting out a half cry.
'Castiel could've died... while I was ignoring him... while I was being too much of a cry baby to admit my feelings might be real,' Dean thought to himself, as he turned around furiously, and punched the wet wall beside him, an echo of the sound cracking against the almost silent shower. He let out a silent scream, showing itself in a low his against the sound of the water hitting the walls of the shower. He closed his eyes as the water fell down his face and onto his chest. He ran his fingers through his hair, and down his face in an attempt to keep himself calm.
'Damn these feelings! Damn straight or gay! Damn Castiel and his crystal clear blue eyes! Damn his soft hands! Damn the fucking car that hit him!' He thought, as he let out a frustrated growl. He put shampoo in his hair and continued through his normal shower activities in a desperate attempt to keep himself distracted.

Castiel woke up quickly, not sure what had woken him up. He ran his hand across his face to rub the sleep away, and looked to his side expecting to see Dean, but didn't. He felt the disappointment flow across his face as he saw Sam on his phone where Dean was once sitting.
"Oh hey! Your up. Dean went to get some clothes and to shower, he was starting to stink," Sam said, with a chuckle as he looked at the messy haired boy. Cas just smiled, and didn't say anything back. He just looked into the distance as he waited for Dean to come back, he licked his chapped lips and glared down at his broken foot with disappointment. He didn't wanna be stuck here forever, with a boy who he loved waiting after him. He wanted Dean around, but didn't want to go on pretending e didn't love him anymore, it had only been a few weeks, yet he was all he could think about.
There was a gentle knock on the door, before Dean walked in, with a black shirt on, dark jeans, and damp, messy hair.
"Hey Cas, your awake? How ya' feeling?" He asked, as he smiled lovingly down at him, his gentle green eyes thick with love and care. Cas looked up at him, his eyes mixed with multiple emotions. He wanted to hug him, to wrap his long arms around Dean's thin waist and bury his face into his stomach. He wanted to smell Dean's musky scent, and feel his warmth seep through His horrible ugly hospital scrubs. He looked up at Dean, with slight puppy dog eyes. Dean didn't hesitate as his buff arms wrapped around his head and pulled him towards him slowly. Cas gasped quickly, and felt his arms wrap around his waist slowly. His heart monitor was going crazy, his face pressed hard against his flat, toned tummy. Dean smiled quickly, and looked down at Cas as he gripped onto the back of his shirt, his eyes watering for some reason.
"Dean...," Cas mumbled, his voice half cracking as he swollowed hard. Dean nodded, and made a shhhhhhhh sound with his mouth as he ran his fingers through Cas' hair. He heard Cas' breath shudder, and his heart monitor quickened. Cas' sholders shook as he cried into Dean's chest.
'I could've died.... I...,' Cas couldn't stop his mind from going all over the place as his eyes filled with tears that he couldn't hold back. He sobbed into Dean's stomach, soaking his shirt with salty liquid.
"Shhhhhhhh Cas, I got you. I'm here, it's okay." Dean mumbled, as Sam someone slipped out unnoticed.

Sam walked out the room quickly, uncomfortable with the chick flick moment he had just witnessed. He walked down to the vending machine at the end of the empty hallway, and took out a dollar. After his chocolate bar fell from its holder he grabbed it , and turned to see a shorter guy, with dark brown hair, and a dark brown work jacket. He had a sucker stick hanging out of his mouth, his mouth turned into a slight smirk.
"Well hel-lo there you," he said, biting his lip and looking him up and down in a fake-flirtatious way. His bright whiskey eyes roaming his body, before letting out a loud, wild laugh and pulling the sucker out his mouth,m and back in again.
"Hello Gabriel," he said, rolling his eyes dramatically and taking a large bite of his chocolate bar.
"What are you doing here, Sasquash?" He asked, looking up at the tall, moose like man. Sam rolled his eyes at the school nickname, before running his hands through his hair.
"Cas is in the hospital." He said as if he knew who cas was, but Gabe nodding quickly.
"Yeah, that's my brother," he said casually, before turning to walk towards the room with the two boys, leaving Sam shocked in the hallway with a mouthful of chocolate.
"Cas has a brother?" Sam asked himself, as he walked back to the room slowly. He walked in to see a shocked Gabriel, staring at the bed. Sam turned his face towards the bed to see Cas asleep against Dean's chest, and Dean hushing them rapidly. He's asleep! He mouthed to them.
