"So you're meaning to say, that no one else see's you, technically the guardians can and other special beings-- but humans can't?" I arch an eyebrow, leaning back to take in all of this information that was explained by Jack in a span of exactly ten minutes.
"For a child, you're pretty weird with taking all of this in a calm manner." He looked at me surprisingly, I laugh brieftly but cannot help but smile at that.
"It was how I was raised," Now realizing about what he just said, he coughed awkwardly and ignored my burning gaze.
"Sorry. Er, you have a ballroom here right?" I shrug but nod nonetheless, a toothy grin re-appearing on his face before he jumped off the bed. Walking out of my room, he confidently strides out to the hall before I catch up to him.
"Wait! You don't even know where it is!" He paused, turning on his heel and grinned goofily at that.
"I was just stretching my legs," He pretended to make up a reason, a laugh resenting to his horrible excuse.
To be able to be this happy in quite a while, it made an unfamiliar, yet satisfying and fulfilling feeling inside of me.
I liked it.
"Wait. What if my parents wake up?" I hault my footsteps, a horrified expression replacing my unconscious grin.
He laughed, walking towards me and kneeling down to my height.
"We're going to have fun, remember? No worrying about the silliest of things when I'm around!" Jack ruffled my neat braid, making me stiffen to the action.
"O- okay."
As soon as we arrived to the Ballroom, courtesy to me leading us to it. He instructs me to stay at the center of the room, along with him in beside me.
"Do you think you can start the fun first?" He gave me a mischevious grin and nudged my shoulder.
I raise a brow, before nodding enthusiastically.
"Oh yeah? Watch this!" I stomped my right foot and the room then started freezing from the center to the whole room. I placed my hands together and focused, I stretched them high up and snow started falling to the hollow room.
I forgot how pretty it was from up close.
I could notice Jack's face from the corner of my eye, he's impressed so far. I wickedly smirk his way, before the white haired male yelped in surprise. I may have secretly made a snowball and controlled it to be thrown at his back.
Groaning, he looks at me and gives this 'Oh, it's on' face. Realizing the war that I had just started, I dash away as fast as my legs could carry me.
But then again, Jack Frost can fly.
"You can't run away, you stealthy snowflake!" I squeal in response, feeling that the guardian is right on my tail. Just as that moment happened, I clumsily trip on a patch of thick snow.
"Oof!" I fakely exclaim in pain, holding into my ankle as an extra effect for him to believe me. Luckily, he did.
"Elsa! Are you okay? What happened?" He floats down beside me, dropping his wooden staff beside him and his arms flailing around in panic.
"My, er, ankle!" Jack gets down to see the damage, right as he was a good five inch away from my face I chuck a snowball at him.
Needless to say, I started a war.
