"That was, fun, tiring but fun." I sigh in contempt, my legs giving up as they flopped themselves down to the snow covered ballroom. Crossing my legs, I look up to see a certain Frost glancing back at me with disbelief written all over his features.

"We barely even started, that was just a warm up!" Jack crossed his arms and pouted, giving his best impression of a bored baby.

I laugh and shake my head as a response,

"We've been at it for two hours! It is way past my bed time!" I reason aloud, finally regaining the strength to push myself up and dust off the white remains at my back.

"You're no fun,' He mumbled under his breath, ascending from above and gracefully landing back on the ground. I giggle lightly to his hesitant actions, my mind suddenly facing towards another question.

He hasn't really shown me his powers as much as I did.

"Hey, Jack?" Kicking a bit of snow to the side, he raised his head to look at me and gave a questioning expression.

"If you're gonna ask me about how babies are born, well--" I cut him off in embarassement.

"NO! Wait, what gave you that idea?" He casually shrugs, I sigh and clear my throat once more. This guy is even more immature than I am.

"How come you haven't used your powers in front of me?" He blinks and I mirror his actions in plain curiosity, until his cheeks tint into a faded red shade as he sputtered complete nonsense.

"I-- uh, oh look at the time I must be going!" He pulls up his right sleeve and looks at his bare wrist, I let out a groan.

"Jack," He stops and copies my sighs, pulling down his sleeve and leaning to his staff.

"Well, they're not as cool as yours so I was, discouraged?" It came out more of a question and I stared at him in bafflement.

What.

"I mean, I have a staff and all which is mostly the reason why I can do such things. But you can do it without anything-"

"Jack." He doesn't stop.

"And I honestly thought that 'wow, aren't I the coolest one here?' But then-"

"Jack." Still ignored me.

"You just came out of nowhere with all your might, with your hair being blown back from the wind and you--"

"JACK!" I exclaim with annoyance, quickly cooling off before my powers went too out of hand. Checking my surroundings, the room was still normal, except for the fact that ice was slowly making it's way up to the walls. I clench my teeth, squeezing my hands into fists until I controlled my breathing.

"Oops. Sorry." Jack awkwardly scratched the back of his neck, sparing me an apologetic smile.

"It's alright. I'm fine, but, why are you discouraged? I'm just a little girl," He nods furiously.

"That's the point! A kid's better than me and that hurts my inner ego!" A moment of silence engulfed the both of us, it's same atmosphere being bestowed upon the hunongous room.

"Fine, but it won't be that jaw-dropping." He huffs and swung his staff around, summoning faint figures of diverse types of animals made from snow.

"Whoa," I breathe out, the reindeer figure padding towards me with curiosity and alertness. It sniffed the top of my head, making me resent to laughing softly.

As it blinks, in bows down and the antlers were now even more intricate and defined as soon as I was face-to-face with the snow animal.

Soon afterwards, all of the animals followed along and bowed down to me while I shuffle my feet anxiously to the peer pressure.

"You're a princess, so it isn't that surprising they'd show respect." Jack said, I look at him and frown.

"I wouldn't want them to be pushed on doing what they don't want, I am only human afterall. I'm.. No different." I look down at my bare hands, squeezing it to a fist in determination.

Conceal, don't feel, make them think that it's not there.

"I can't do it!" I cry out, meekly concentrating my strength on letting the ice dissolve. Right now, my priority was to try and stop the ice from growing. Unfortunately for me, this was going nowhere.

"Yes you can! I know you can!" Jack clasped his hands together and let out more motivational comments as I groan inwardly. It was no use. It kept growing, and I was suddenly feeling like it was the one in charge rather than me taking over.

I freeze involuntarily, it was too much to bare as the ice rapidly covered the ball room. Looking down, the snow that was at a safe height suddenly felt as if it was swallowing me whole.

"Elsa!' He pulls me up from the snow, putting me down at a safe distance before he used his staff to tap the ice covered walls. As he did so, it made me think how much I had wanted to do that for so long.

Instead, I can never control it like he did so easily.

"You say stuff like how you doubt your powers, but you're much luckier than I am you." I mumble under my breath, and the next thing I knew the ballroom was back to it's normal look.

"That was a pretty bad idea to push you on doing such things, I'm sorry." Jack sighed in shame, his head hung low as I look up at him and frowned slightly.

"Don't be, we tried, right?" Jack looked at me and his normal smile was plastered on his face again, What a relief.

A bell resented from Jack, a small groan erupting from the white haired boy as he looked at me apoligetically.

"I have to go," I nod nonetheless. He may be busy, being a guardian to make kids believe sounds like a tight schedule.

"Well, it was fun!" I gleam, smiling while he mirrored my actions before he knelt down to my height.

"Your powers are beautiful, don't let people tell you otherwise that it's a curse but the way I see it, it is a gift. Be happy, stay strong, and don't be afraid, because the worst thing that can happen is that you're afraid of yourself. I believe in you, snowflake!" I giggle and nod to his words, blushing a tint of red from the flattery.

"Thank you, Jack!" I reach out and hug the most what I could, letting my small arms wrap around his neck as he laughs and hugs me back.

"This isn't a goodbye, Elsie!" He pulls apart and before I knew it, he had used a small globe ball and disappeared at a blink of an eye.

"It's Elsa."

[ aand that's the end of Elsa's flashback from 8 years ago woo!
