Chapter I
In the early 17th century, the most beauiful girl roamed around the small village of La Gourde in France. She had soft and smooth blonde hair. Her blue eyes sparkled brighter than the stars above. She was envied by almost all of the maidens in the village because of her beauty that attracts men to her.
That girl was named Cinderella. She grew up in a poor society. Which made her simple and plain yet humble and kind. Her mother died when she gave birth to her. Which leaved her father, by the name of Augusto, taking care of her needs by himself.
"Cinderella, the fairest of all. May you take this bouquet of flowers as an acceptance for my courtship" an admirer of Cinderella's told her kneeling down handing her the bouquet of red roses.
"Oh, Cinderella! Perfect! If I may describe you. The world won't go round if you are not with me!" another admirer tried to make a poem for Cinderella. As her admirers were following her you could see the jealous faces of the girls who were gossiping at the corner.
"Ugh. That Cinderella will never be compared to my beauty. Those men just do not see me" Melida, told her friends boastfully.
"I love her hair" Drizella, mostly described as 'the dumb one', complimented Cinderella with a tone of jealousy at the same time. Melida elbowed Drizella and gave her an 'i-will-kill-you-if-you-say-that-again' stare.
"Stop it. I would not get noticed here" Anastasia flipped her golden brown hair towards the two girls. Drizella stomped her way off and left the girls.

"I am home father" Cinderella greeted her father with a big smile.
"Why the big smile on your face?, my dear Cinderella?" her father asked her smiling back as well.
"I have got something for you to be happy" Cinderella answered happily as she took out a thick brown book out of her straw basket.
"Oh my! How did you get this my dear?" her father asked her curiously.
"Well, father, just for this once. I just wanted you to be happy. I have bought it with what I have earned" Cinderella explained to her father.
"I thank you a lot my dear but you should have not used your own savings to just buy this book" her father told her.
"It is for you father. Anything for you" Cinderella told her father as she hugged him tightly.
"HA HA HA. As an exchange, your mother wanted me to give you this on your 18th birthdate." her father told her.
"Father, I am only 17." Cinderella told him as her father handed out a square-shaped box. Cinderella quickly pulled out the red ribbon to untie it. She opened the box. There she found a thick red notebook which was locked.
"How beautiful this is, father! But how can I open it?" Cinderella complimented it as she tried to think of a way to open it.
"My dear, the necklace of yours is the key to this" her father told her. Cinderella looked down to her necklace. The necklace, it was gold and had a heart-shaped locket. Cinderella removed the necklace from her neck and put it in the heart-shaped lock on the red notebook. It opened.
"Only you, the one with this necklace can open this notebook. Here you can write what has happened to you everyday so when you have get old you can turn every page to see what happened in your life" her father explained.
"I love it father!" Cinderella told him as she hugged him again more tightly.
"Thank your mother, Samantha. Thank your beautiful mother." her father told her as Cinderella smiled.
✱
A year passed Cinderella's father married a rich dutchess Lady Madonna Tremaine. She was beautiful yet very selfish and too obsessed of herself. She had two daughters from a past marriage. Drizella and Anastasia, too bad they didn't got a single drop of their mother's flawless face.
Cinderella's diary was still filled with what memories happened to her every single day.
The next year passed by. Cinderella's father slowly began to be weaker and weaker every single day. Until one frightful afternoon. He died.
Dear Diary,
I will never forget this day. The day my father is gone from this world. He has raised me up by himself and I thank him for everything.
Since then, Lady Tremaine started to get all of the property of my father. She even got the family farm my parents' only successful business.
Drizella amd Anastasia were really selfish, they would always fight with each other over jealousy and like their mother, they are too obsessed with their selves.
Wish me luck, Cinderella
This was Cinderella's diary. Lady Tremaine, Anastasia and Drizella made Cinderella their maid. They made her wash their clothes, cook for them and clean the house for them. With all the hard work Cinderella has done, they repay her with shouts and complains.
Cinderella was locked in the house. Since, she had chores to do and because Lady Tremaine believes that maybe one day she will find someone rich and handsome who'll marry her. Lady Tremaine wants that rich and handsome boy to marry one of her daughters.
One bright morning, someone knocked at the house. Cinderella opened the door, it was a mailman inviting all the maidens to the palace or castle so the prince could find his queen. Cinderella went up the stairs and showed this to Lady Tremaine. She asked Lady Tremaine if she could go since it said 'all the maidens'. Lady Tremaine directly said NO. Making reasons that the house will have no people inside to guard it and that Cinderella had a lot of chores to do.
Drizella and Anastasia were really getting busy for the royal ball. They ran around the house searching for their make-up, accessories and other clothing.
"My, my, Drizella! This gown is MINE!" Anastasia shouted.
"That would not fit your large body, so it is MINE" Drizella shouted back.
"Are you saying that I am fat?!" Anastasia shouted again as she angrily pulled her sister's hair, and so they fought.
