It had been three weeks since Carmilla moved into the small dorm room. To say things had started to get interesting was an understatement.

"Laura" Carmilla gritted through her teeth. "Where is my leather jacket?". The dark hair girl was rummaging through the room in a desperate attempt to find her favourite coat. "Laura I need my coat".
Laura, the other person in the room had been revising for finals, not caring about her roommates difficulties.
"LAURA, I CANT FIND MY JACKET"
As soon as Carmilla shouted Laura looked up from her book. "You know Carmilla I can't concentrate when you're shouting" the small blonde girl said. "Then get up and help me find my coat" said Carmilla. Laura sat for a second composing herself, Carmilla has only been living there for 3 weeks and yet it seemed longer because all Laura and Carmilla ever seemed to do was fight. If it wasn't about Laura leaving cookie crumbs over the desk then it was Carmilla have one of her "study buddies" over and using Laura's bed, 3 weeks of fighting.
"Why should I help you find it, you were wearing it last night, it couldn't have went far" said Laura to the distressed Carmilla.
Carmilla sat on her bed for a second, took a deep breathe and said "Cupcake, can you please help me find my coat"
When Laura heard the edible nickname she smiled, although Carmilla drove her crazy, she loved it when she called her cute names, Laura has a small crush on the brunette.
"Ok, I'll help, just because you asked nicely"
It took them 30 minutes in total to find the jacket... it was under Laura's pillow.
"So cream puff, how come my jacket was under your big yellow pillow" Carmilla said, smirking at the small blonde girl, which caused her cheeks to turn a shade of red.
"I honestly don't know Carm, I don't remember lifting it or even seeing you with it when you came home so I'm not entirely sure"
Laura has always been a sleep walker, they came to the conclusion that Laura may have lifted the jacket while she was asleep.
"So what's your plans for the day then" Laura asks the brunette who was sitting next to her at the desk.
"Meeting up for a study date" Carmilla answered. When Laura heard this she was reminded of the crush she had for the girl and the sadness of when she'd see Carmilla with another girl. "How about you buttercup?", Laura looked down at her notes and then looked back up at Carmilla "what do you think?" Laura sighed.
"You need to take a minute to yourself creampuff, you're gonna drive yourself into the dirt if you keep this up, you need a break" said Carmilla. Laura looked at her and smiled "yeah you're right, it's just, I don't wanna fail you know" when she said this she lifted her pen and got back to her notes.
Carmilla stood up and walked to her bed and sat down, she spent the next hour trying to read but was constantly being distracted by the beautiful blonde girl across the room from her. She watched as Laura concentrated on the notes in front of her, every now and then she'd bite her lip in concentration and it gave Carmilla unexpected feelings whenever she'd see it.
"You know creamcake, for someone trying to concentrate you're extremely distracting" Carmilla said which completely confused the blonde girl sitting across from her. Laura just looked at her, still biting her lip. "What do you mean, I haven't made a noise in an hour" she waited for a response. "Who said anything about you making noise" said Carmilla, just then, Carmilla stood, put on her leather jacket, took one last look at the girl and walked out of the room leaving Laura Hollis feeling slightly confused and very very intrigued.
