When Laura woke she was alone which is usually what happens because Carmilla is very rarely there and Laura has come to terms with that. When Laura realised where she was she got really confused. She was in Carmillas bed.
She got up, got showered and dressed for the day ahead. It was 9am by the time she finished and classes started at 10. With one cup of hot cocoa and and cookie she heads out the door.
After 4 hours of class about modern techniques of modern journalism Laura is drained and she still had a lit paper due two days later.
Finally she made it home. Sat at her desk she hears the door open.
"Hey cupcake, how was class?" Carmilla asked.
"Oh it was good we learned about modern journalism and I found it really interesting, if you like I can read you my notes and you can grasp what I mean" Laura replied, knowing that Carmilla definitely wouldn't want to hear her notes, she was teasing.
"Oh no, that's okay, I've got some homework I've to do, but maybe next time" Carmilla replied with a smirk.
They both laughed.
"So cupcake, quick question. How come when I up woke up and you were in my bed?" Carmilla asked.
"Em" flustered Laura replied "I'm not actually sure how that happened, I woke up and I was in your bed and I was very confused, sorry" Laura finished talking, looking very embarrassed.
Carmilla sensing how embarrassed the young blonde was decided to play on it just because she thought Laura was cute when she was flustered.
"Oh don't say sorry, I was veeery comfy" she replied with a wink.
When Laura seen Carmilla wink it almost made her fall or run or jump out a window with sheer embarrassment.
She decided to turn around in her chair and try work on her lit paper.
When she turned on the screen she had realised that she had left her camera on, the camera she was using for one of her journalism projects. When she realised that it had been left on all night she came up with an idea.
"Hey Carm" Laura started
"Yeah?" Carmilla replied
"So it turns out that my camera had been left on all night and I think we might get to see how I ended up in your bed"
Carmillas eyebrow raised said "okay let me get the popcorn"
5 minutes later they were both sat on chair infront of the desktop computer watching. Laura skipped past her napping, but played when Carmilla woke her up, both realising what happens next. Carmilla turned to Laura and Laura face was bright red which make Carmilla laugh. As soon as Laura heard Carmilla laugh she fast forwarded the video until they were both in bed.
As they watched the video it was almost two hours after they went to sleep the video shows Laura sleep walking, at first she sleep walks to the toilet, and when she comes back she gets into the wrong bed, which explained how she ended up in Carmilla's bed.
As soon as they seen this Carmilla stood and walked to her bed and left Laura to watch the rest of the tape. Just as Laura was about to turn the video off she sees Carmilla wake up and snuggle into her, which made Laura smile.
