Note: I haven't been on Wattpad for a while but have seen some comments showing confusion about the main character's focus on her collarbones. The point isn't that she doesn't have collarbones or that she is overweight and thus can't see them (both are ridiculous ideas). It is that she has an obsession with them because she feels they are one of the ultimate representations of being thin, and her mental state means that she wrongly attributes being 'skinny' to having very definite collarbones. The real focus should be on what this does to her mental state and how this impacts how she behaves. Hope that clears some things up!
