Chapter 39: Pool Party

HERA's POV

The feeling's so unearthly. I never felt this empty before. Hindi ko na napasukan ang mga sumunod kong klase kakaiyak.
How?Bakit gano'n? Paano nagawa ni Danggerine sa'kin 'yon?! I trusted her all my life! She's my bestfriend!

I cried even harder upon remembering our happy memories together. Kelan pa'to? Kelan pa sya nagsisinungaling sa'kin? Sobrang naging malupit ba ako sa kanya para magkaroon sya ng motibo para gawin ang mga bagay na'yon??

"Ms.Hera.." someone handed me a tissue kaya't nag-angat ako ng tingin. My blurry sight landed on those familiar features na lalo lang nagpaiyak sa'kin.

"Mau!" I threw myself to her and I'm so glad that she burried me with her embrace. "S-sorry, Mau.. Sorry.." I don't know where to start. Nahihiya ako kay Mauricia na inaway-away ko pa! She tried to tell me the truth but instead of saying thank you, kung ano-ano pa ang sinabi ko sa kanya. At eto sya ngayong kailangan ko ng masasandalan.. nandyan pa rin.

"Ms.Hera, tahan na.." I felt her hand on my back trying to comfort me and I forced myself to stop crying. Gosh! Mamamaga ang mata ko ne'to eh! At siguradong papangit ako!

"Sorry talaga, Mau." I let go from the embrace and face her. She just gave me a genuine smile and nodded.

"Atleast ngayon, alam mo na.." she replied simpatheticaly. Yeah. Alam ko na kung sino ang traydor.

"Salamat.." I smile and hug her again before hearing claps from nearby.

"Warra drama.."

Bumitaw ako kay Mau nang marinig ko ang pamilyar na boses and I can't help it but to roll my eyes upon seeing Georgina and her Alipores'.

"I heard you confronted your BESTFRIEND already?" She asked sarcasticaly at nagtawanan pa sila ng mga pangit nyang kasama. "So.. how does it feels like? I mean.. ang traydorin ng sarili mong bestfriend?"

"Shut up!"

"Why?! Can't accept the fact that Danggerine has been stabbing you from behind?! Oh poor you!" Nanlilisik ang mga mata ko syang tiningnan. I swear to God, If I only know how to do physical fights, kanina pa basag ang pagmumuka ng babaeng 'to.

"You know, she mentioned me once that she's so sick of your fuckin attitude already at hindi daw kayo bagay ni Sebastian."

I clench my fist upon hearing those. Mixed emotions. Naiinis na nanghihinayang ako sa mga pinagsamahan namin ni Danggerine. If ever Georgina's saying the truth, then I should forget about Danggerine and our friendship then. Kahit alam kong mahirap.

"Nakakatawa talaga kayong panoorin! Isang tanga at isang traydor! Perfect!" She laugh leaving us there. Hindi na ako nagsalita. Ayoko na silang patulan. I'm too occupied by what happened. Mukang matatagalan bago ako maka move-on sa friendship naming dalawa ni Danggerine. I just don't know how to express feelings but err! It's killing me now! It's fatal!

I went home with my swollen pair of eye. Ang pangit ko. I saw peste walk away when he saw me entering the mansion. He went upstairs and I ignore him. No time for more arguments this time. If he don't wanna speak his problem, then fine. I don't wanna talk to him either.

Dinner should have been awkward if not of ate Aurora who never get tired of talking. Athena's busy on her cellphone while eating. Ngumingiti pa sya mag-isa na parang kinikilig. While pest and I? Walang kibo. Paminsan-minsan, nahuhuli ko syang nakatingin sa akin pero bigla syang nag-iiwas ng tingin and minsan naman ako ang umiirap sa kanya. Problema nito?
