Genevieve's POV

Over the past week everyone's been doing a lot of training, either in combat, or with our powers. I had talked to Eleazar a lot recently about my copycat abilities and he said that each ability I possessed was unique to its originator. So from Dad I got the ability to not only read minds, but be able to be able to communicate with people through my mind. From mom I got the ability to put a mental shield around myself, and I can also extend it to one other person who can keep it as long as long as I want them to have it. From Alice, I got the ability to see the future, but only when I'm involved in it. From uncle Jazz, I got the ability to physically see people's different emotions in auras radiating of them. From Eleazar, as soon as I meet someone a voice in my head whispers there power into my brain. From Kate I got the ability to electrocute someone in my hands, and shoot a current several feet out. From Benjamin I got the ability to control and manipulate fire, but also the weather. From Ren, I could project my memories to several people at once without touching them. From Zafrina I could make people see anything that I wanted. From Maggie I could sense when a being was being dishonest.

I have been working on these powers, and with my newborn strength and speed I was almost invincible to everyone, able to take anyone I wanted down in a matter of minutes.

I had decided, now was the time to make my first human hunt. Hurriedly I told my parents I was going hunting, which technically wasn't a lie, and ran for a while before hearing the sound of a city. Smirking slightly I walked down the streets until I reached an alley that had two men at the opening. Quickly I read their thoughts and realized they were disgusting low life humans, not that I expected anything more, and walked past them, swaying my hips in a slightly flirtatious manner deeper into the alley. Once I was deep enough into the alley I turned to see both men coming closer, eyes filled with lust and I smirked.

"So pardon me it is my first time." They both smirked obviously not understanding what I meant. That was until I pounced on the closest man, letting my instincts take over as I sank my fangs into his neck, literally moaning as the incredible tasting liquid ran down my throat and quickly drained him. Dropping the firsts man body, I used my speed to run infront of the other man who not so nicely tried to run away from me.

Giggling to myself I decided to play a game. Reaching out I used Kate's gift, electrocuting him enough to here a sizzle, I then let him run away, only to chase him down again, breaking one leg and laughing, this little game continued on for a while, before I wanted more blood.

After finishing with both them I used Benjamins gift and quickly lit them on fire, watching all the evidence burn into oblivion. It was only then that I realized what it was that I was. I was a monster, a murderer, I was powerful and sadistic, and I loved it.

I ran home after that, ecstatic about the fact that I had made my first human kill, and was not thankful for my mothers super self control, seeing as I didn't want to eat my sister. When I entered the area I smelt two new scents and quickly followed them to see two vampires tormenting the wolves bellow and I couldn't help but laugh at sight, using the trees I made my way other to them.

"Hello I'm Genevieve and I can already tell we're going to be great friends." A smile forming on my lips causing the two strangers to laugh.

"I am Vladimir, this is Stefan." the white haired man in a thick Romanian accent said while the other nodded at me amusedly. 

"So the rumors are true, you are half-mortal, half-immortal." Stefan questioned, raising an eyebrow.

"No your confusing me with my sister, I'm only a quarter human thankfully, I couldn't handle being half vermin." I state scrunching my nose in disgust, causing the Romanians to laugh.

My family finally arrived after a minute of laughing and we learned that Aro is also gathering witnesses, after my father gave a wonderful speech everyone but alistar was ready to fight.

A week had past and I had grown quite close to Stef, and Vlad and they successfully managed to teach me Romanian in a week, which is great because no one else here speaks Romanian and we always talk about other people, there the only ones that know that I drink human blood and find it hilarious, I was one of the few people who actually talked to them.

Currently it was the night before the battle and I was sitting in the tent with Ren, mom had given us each a necklace and told us to go to bed. I was playing with Ren's hair as we communicated through our minds.

"Do you think we'll be okay tomorrow" Ren asks looking up at me innocently, sure she might be the older twin, but since I looked and acted more mature, she looked up to me.

"Of course Ren I won't let anything happen to you, now get some sleep." With that she closed her eyes and fell asleep curled into my side. I quickly fell asleep too, my dreams filled with images of my unknown twins.

The next morning I got out of the twins and walked over to Stef and Vlad  (bold is in Romanian)

"Ready to kick some Volturi ass boys?" I asked as we started walking and they both grinned at me.

"Of course little devil we've been ready for a long time, and there's no need to ask if you are, we've seen you fight." Vlad said and the three of us laughed getting weird looks from everyone around us. We continued talking, until we reached the field where I took my place behind them, seeing as the Volturi didn't know I existed yet, my family decided it was best to keep it that way as long as possible.

I knew from a vision that the Volturi won't be here for a while, though I had never been able to see any of them without there hoods of, so I laid down on the snow, distractedly playing with a tint ice ball I had created to keep my mind at ease, until I was hit with a vision causing me to sit up.

"There early."
