ChaolXAelin take 4

Aelins dress ^
*some swearing language*

I chuckled at the face he was making, and then I got a devilish idea on how to wake him up

~Aelins POV~

I quietly tiptoed to the washroom. I grabbed the biggest, well only, bucket I could find, and filled it up. I walked over to where Chaol was sleeping, and after a count of three, I poured it on top of him.
"Arrrrrgh. Aeliiin???? What??" Chaol said, water sloshing all over him.
"Wwhaaat?" I say, trying to hide my giggles.
"What was that for?" Chaol said, trying to dry himself with the sheets.
"Well, you were asleep, and now your not." I say, innocently.
"Hmmmph. Well, I have a meeting today, so I might as well get ready. " Chaol said.
"Welllllll, I have a luncheon to go to, and I don't want to keep those prissy bitches waiting." I say, mocking a voice of the court women.
Chaol snickered, and walked to his closet.
I walked to my closet, and picked out a beautiful black dress. The straps had lace, and the dress was mostly silk. It was a long gown, with just enough length in the back. It was one of my favorite dresses, mainly because of its texture. It fit my curves perfectly, almost like a second skin.
I walked to the washroom and started to do my hair. I did some wavy curls, and messed them up to look like beach waves. I lightly applied lip stain, and some charcoal on my eye lids. I looked in the mirror, and smiled.
I walked down the hall, followed by six guards. When I walked into the room where the luncheon was being held, I gasped when I saw Dorian. It's been months since I last saw him.
"D..Dorian! Your here!" I squeaked.
"Wait.. your here?? What happened?" I said, all of a sudden alert.
"Oh, you'll see." He said, flashing me a devious smile.

~Chaols POV~

I paced back and forth in the meeting room. I didn't actually have a meeting, I was using it as an excuse to get away. I needed time to think, and I needed a friend. I sent word for Dorian to come here about two weeks ago. I know travel can be slow, but I got word he arrived. I sent a few guards to bring him up here as soon as possible. I was practically shaking, and almost screamed in relief when I heard a knock on the door.
"Co..me in." I said, steading my voice.
"Chaol! I left as soon as I got your letter." Dorian said, rushing over to give me a hug.
"Thank you so much for coming. I'm sorry for rushing you, I'm just a nervous wreck and don't know what to do." I say, bracing myself for a stern 'come on Chaol'.
"Well, I think that if you want to do it, if your positive, then go for it!" Dorian said.
"Ok. I think that I will, I just need to plan a spot out and a.." I said.
"No worries. I planned everything." Dorian interrupted.
"Re..ally?! Wow, uh thanks." I say, a little confused.
"Just meet me in the dinning hall at five, and don't forget 'it'." Dorian said, emphasizing it.
"Ok. See you then." I say, as Dorian walks out.
I walk to my room to get ready and before I knew it, it was five.

I walk to the dinning hall, repeating my speech over and over. I knew I was ready, I just didn't want to make a fool out of myself. I haven't seek Aelin all day, which I guess was a blessing. She couldn't see me like this, or it would ruin the surprise.
I walk in, and smile when I see how beautiful Aelin looks. Her black dress looks perfect, and her smile is radiant. I see Dorian, and he give me a thumbs up. Dorian motions for everyone to be quiet, and I walk over to Aelin.
"Aelin. Your the most beautiful woman in her. Your the one who makes me smile. You make me glad for the future, and I don't think there is anyway is rather want to spend it than to spend it with you." I say.
I get on one knee, and I hear her gasp.
"Aelin Ashryver Galathynius, will you make me the happiest man in all of the world, and marry me?" I ask, pulling out a box with a ring.

Yay finally updated. I honestly have no excuse, other than life ( as usual ). It's kinda hard to commit to writing stories about fantasy lives when your trying to actually live your life.
