Chapter 2

Sonic woke up a while later, but Genos had left; leaving his sweater draped over him like a blanket. There was a small note on his nightstand, and Sonic rubbed his sleep blurred eyes to read it. 'Sonic, don't be worried that I am not present when you wake up. I am just running a few errands, and will return shortly. I love you <3 Genos. P.s. You can keep the sweater.' Sonic smiled, sitting up and putting his arms through the sleeves of the fleece lined hoodie and zipping it up. The sleeves were way too long, completely covering Sonic's hands, but it was very warm and comforting. Laying back down, Sonic snuggled up against his blanket; and fell back asleep.

Genos came home a bit later, with a few bags in his hand. Finding Saitama out of their flat, he slipped off his shoes, quietly put the bags contents away, and went to check on Sonic. The door was still slightly open from when he left, so he quietly peeked in. Sonic was curled up like a kitten, with his new sweater on; still peacefully asleep. Genos smiled, quietly closing the door behind him, before laying down with Sonic and wrapping his arm loosely around his waist. Sonic twitched, waking up a little. "Mm..?" "Its just me." Genos murmured, trailing small kisses up Sonic's neck and nuzzling him. Sonic giggled, turning over and smiled at Genos. "There's that smile~" Genos teased, nuzzling Sonic's cheek, making him giggle. "Feeling better?" Sonic nodded, hugging him. "Even more so now that you're here." "Awe, I feel special~" Genos snickered. "You're my boyfriend." Sonic replied snickering. "Yes, and I get to call the cutest boy ever, my boyfriend." Genos smiled, making Sonic blush. "G-Genos..you're making me blush.." he stuttered. Genos laughed. "That was the point, baby doll." he teased. Sonic's blush darkened, and he pinched Genos's nose; pouting. "That was foul play Genos.." "What?" Genos laughed. "That I called you cute? Its the truth, and you know it."
