Sonic was sitting outside on the small balcony, reading a new parents manual; while Saitama was watering the nearby plants, and Genes was put running errands. "Hey Sonic, you feeling ok?" Saitama suddenly asked, making Sonic look up from his book. "I feel fine, why do you ask?" he asked. "Well, your due date is coming up pretty fast, and I just wanted to make sure you were feeling ok." Saitama replied. Sonic smiled. "Awe, that's sweet of you." Saitama grinned back. "Hey, I'm just looking out for you dude." Sonic snickered, rubbing his round tummy. "I understand, and I greatly appreciate it." "Can I feel your tummy? I've never done something like that before." Saitama asked. "Sure, go ahead." Sonic smiled, and Saitama put his hand on his tummy. "Hehe, he kicked me." He snickered, then laid his head down and began talking to the infant. Sonic couldn't stop smiling. Saitama had become a doting uncle, and he found it the sweetest thing ever.
Genos came home a while later with a few groceries bags in his hands. After he put the contents of the bags away, he went to check on Sonic in his room. Not finding him there, he checked Saitama's room. "Huh? Where could they be?" he wondered, confused; before hearing laughter coming from the balcony. Walking over to the open door, he found Saitama and Sonic; smiling and laughing with one another. Genos smiled, seeing his lover and sensei getting along. To think they didn't get along well only a few weeks prior, but now they were the best of friends. It was truly incredible.
