Chapter 35

(Lily's pov)

I've been home for two weeks and it feels amazing. We will be leaving back to the Red Paw Pack soon and I was slightly upset since I would be leaving my family but I knew that I belonged with the Red Paw Pack. Oh and Eli found his mate! She is such a sweet girl but she has such a wild personality. They are truly the perfect match. She has fiery red hair and silver eyes. You could tell just by her look that she was going to be a handful. We have all recovered fairly well since the battle. Leo and I have a way stronger relationship now that we are back together. Now I'm sitting in my room reading a book enjoying the peace.

"Hey Babe can you come down here please!" I heard Leo yell from downstairs. I put my book down and ran down the stairs. I saw him sitting on the couch grinning like a maniac well closer to the Joker when his plans works.

"Hey, what did you need sweetheart?" I ask taking a seat next to him.

"I want to go out with you tonight. Be ready by seven and wear something nice. I want this to be absolutely special." He said before kissing my forehead. I smile at him.

"Alright but what brought this on? We haven't gone out in weeks." I said with a curious smile. He stood up with an even bigger smile if that's possible.

"You'll see tonight. Love you darling." He said before leaving. I just sat there smiling like an idiot. I look at the clock and it said 5:39. That's when I realized that I needed help with the outfit and fast. I got my phone out and dialled the number that could help me in my time of need. Ravenna. It rang twice before she answered.

"Hey." She said slightly breathless. Either she was training or she was with Ashton.

"Hey. I need help. Leo just asked me out on a date and its in less then an hour and a half." I said getting up off the couch.

"Alright. I'll be over in fifteen. You go take a shower and when I get there I will raid your closet for the perfect outfit."

"Thanks Ravenna. Your a life saver." I said walking up the stairs.

"Yeah yeah thank me later. Now get to that shower missy." She said before hanging up. I run to my room and put my phone on the charger before walking into the bathroom. I turn the shower on to the perfect temp before stripping down and walking into the nice warm water. I enjoyed it. I wonder what will happen tonight. The excitement bubbled inside me but it also came with nerves. I take a little bit longer just because I didn't want to leave the warmth. I look down at my belly to see the scar that was there. It was hard to think that two weeks ago I was in the battle for my life. Now everything seemed normal. I still have nightmares sometimes because it still feels weird being back but I know I'm safe well most of the time. I shake my head shaking away the thoughts before I grab the body wash but right as I'm putting on some body wash there was a knock on the bathroom door.

"Who is it?" I asked confused.

"It's the Doctor. Who do you think it is? Get out of that shower so we actually have time to do your hair." Ravenna said semi sternly. I smiled to myself before making sure all the soap was gone then turned off the water. I grab the towel that was just outside the shower door and wrapped it around my body tightly.  I dry off the best I can and grab some of the spare underwear I keep in the small dresser. Don't judge. It comes in handy for things like this. I then put on the robe I had in there and tied it tight before walking out into my room. Ravenna had already gotten everything she needed to do my hair. She pointed to the chair I had in there and I took a seat. She immediately went to work. No words were spoken only some music in the background as she did my hair. It was nice. She of course dried my hair before she started but still. She worked nimbly as she pulled and brushed my hair. After all that she gave me the sign that she was done. I went to look in the mirror but not only was my vanity mirror covered but my full length mirror too.
