The Old Enemy.

Red's POV

We raced through the forest, soon seeing where the cry originated from, a Honedge was being held down by a Pokémon I recognized all too easily.

He had two large claws for hands and feet, a humanoid body that was covered in ash fur. His hair was blood red with black spikes coming from it, and a giant black tuft of fur was around his neck. He had a sickening grin as he pressed his foot against the blade of the Pokémon.

"Belle!" Kut yelled, clearly he knew the other blade, glowing blue he slammed himself into the Zoroark, who was sent reeling in pain, resting a hand over where he was struck.

"Oh would you look at this bloody reunion! You just had to ruin my fun ya bloke!" The Zoroark growled at Kut, who pointed his blade end at the Pokémon. Wait a second I recognized that fake British accent!

"Klef?" I asked in shock but the dark type turned to me and his eyes widened.

"There he is, the bloody brother! Couldn't have been the one who could get me rich!" Klef snarled.

"Please drop the fake accent." I told him, and he frowned.

"Look kid, scurry along. This blade is mine now. Honedge fetch for high prices!" He grinned, staring at Kut and Belle.

"What is it with you and money?" I wondered.

"Red, how might you know this hooligan?" Kut asked as he helped up Belle, who was staring in disbelief.

"Kut! You're back! But why did you leave? And who is this?" Belle asked, Kut motioned for her to be quiet.

"Enough of this! Those sword are mine!" Klef dashed forward, his claw was glowing a ghastly purple, quickly he swiped at Kut and sent him into the air.

"Kut!" Bella cried, but she was kicked away. Klef jumped up to attacked Kut again, but he moved to counter, glowing the same shade purple.

The claw and sword collided in an explosion and Klef was launched backwards while Kut landed.

"I like a good fight!" Klef yelled and he charged at Kut, this time both of his claws were glowing. Kut picked up hid sheath and retreated into it, then he adapted a steely hue and let Klef slash at him. The unsuspecting Zoroark cried out in pain as his claws struck the steel, Kut slammed into him and sent him back into a tree.

I noticed Belle had gotten up but was sticking to the sidelines. She knew just as well as I did to stay out of this fight.

"You will not take Belle from me!" Kut leveled his body so his blade was pointed right at Klef's chest. Then he began to glow bright blue and raced forward, but he was launched back by a powerful flame.

Kut clattered to the ground, seething in pain. Klef went forward and I knew it was my time to intervene.

"Let's see how you like the heat Klef!" I summoned four ghostly flames, and they raced forward, however all but one deviated from their path.

The one smashed into Klef, burning him. He roared in pain as it took effect, but the second on hit Kut, the third hit Belle, and the fourth turned around and hit me.

The pain from the burn was short but powerful, I cried out in pain as soon as it took effect. Kut was struggling to stand and Belle was using a tree for support.

"You. Will. Not. Stop. Me!" Klef screamed and he charged at me, quickly I used all of the strength I could muster and fired a giant thunder at him, the attack ended up hitting a tree to his far left.
