Will She Come Back?

Chapter 3

"We have to figure more information as to what happened to (Y/n)! They said that this is live right now, right?" Mabel asked.

"Yeah, why?" Dipper asked.

"Well let's head down there and check it out! Do some 'Mystery Twin' investigating!" Mabel exclaimed. Then the two headed down to the scene.

On there way down there, Dipper froze in his tracks.

"What's wrong?" Mabel asked.

"Mabel...what if we don't like what we see? What if there is nothing , not a single clue to where (Y/n) could have gone?" Dipper questioned.

"Don't think like that! You're probably one of the best investigators I know! If there is anyone who can solve this, it you!" Mabel said trying to cheer up her brother.

"Thanks Mabel! Now let's go!" He concluded then the two were off again.

A few moments later, they were at the crime scene. There was at least five news vans parked around the accident, broadcasting it live. Then a little ways over there stood Blubs and Durland, looking puzzled, as always. Soon as Dipper and Mabel spotted them, they ran up to the two.

"Hey Sheriff Blubs!" Mabel greeted with a smile.

"Well looky here! Our favorite mystery kids! Crack any mysteries lately?" He asked.

"No...well actually we are here to help crack this case!" Dipper replied.

"Well you can try. We have been her for almost 2 hours now and there is no clues anywhere.

"Well...did you guys look EVERYWHERE in the car?" Mabel stressed.

"We started but then we saw a butterfly and we decided to chase it!" Durland replied.

"Can we take a look?" Dipper asked.

"Sure!" Blubs stated as he lifted up the yellow "caution" tape. Then the two looked at the car. The car that took away the one thing Dipper cared to most about, (Y/n). Then a sense of determination went through him. He was going to see her again. He was going to be with (Y/n) again and the road to finding her starts here.

"I'm going to check the trunk." Dipper stated.

"Okay I am going to check the back seat." Mabel replied. And sure enough, they both found something.

"Mabel! I found (Y/n)'s bags back here!" Dipper exclaimed.

"Great! I found something too!" She replied!

"Well...what is it?"

"A piece of gum!" Mabel exclaimed as she held up the piece of gum.

"Eww! Mabel! That's really gross! Did you find anything else besides that?" Dipper laughed.

"Uh..." Mabel began to say as her facial expression turned into a sad face.

"Mabel?" He asked her.

"I found some...well...big, dark, red stains that look a lot like blood in the car."

"What?!?" Dipper stated as he ran to look inside the car. Inside the car was definitely blood stains...and they were fresh.
