"What do you mean?" Dipper asked.
"You were right about (y/n)! She's okay...sorta. But she asked us to figure out a way to connect dreams when we fall asleep so she can see both of us. (Y/n) said there is probably something in the journal about it." Mabel exclaimed.
"First, I told you so. Second, she's probably right about the journal." Dipper paused as he got up to go grab the journal. "I could have sworn I saw something similar to this...let's see..." He stated as he flipped through the pages. "Ah! Here we go! 'The Dream Connector' is a contraption to connect your dreams with someone else's and is very easy to build. Perfect!"
"What do we need?" Mabel questioned.
"It says here that all we need is tin foil, this weird rock that apparently is called 'Tom the Rock', and two people. No problem! All we need is the rock and we are good!" Dipper explained.
"No...we need tin foil..." Mabel shyly uttered.
Then Dipper face-palmed. "Mabel...what did you do now?"
"Ok so when Candy and Grenda were over, we were playing dress up with house hold items and all three of us made dresses with tin foil which was a bad idea because they were really uncomfortable but they were super cute on and..." Mabel trailed on but was interrupted by her brother.
"Ok! Ok! We will get more tin foil!" Dipper interrupted.
"I'll run to the store real quick and grab...wait...we can't because we need to stay low because of what happened."
"What are we going to do about the tin foil?"
"I will see is Soos can grab some." Dipper then ran downstairs and found Soos cleaning in the gift shop. "Soos!"
"Oh hey dude! What's up? How have you been with the whole 'dead girlfriend' thing?" Soos asked.
"It's been rough."
"Well if you ever need anything just left me know."
"Thanks! Actually that's what I can down here for. Soos, I need you to run into town and grab some tin foil. Probably about 5 rolls."
"You got it bro." Soos concluded. And with that, Soos left the shack. Dipper ran back upstairs to Mabel.
"I got Soos to get tin foil. Ready to go find Tom?" Dipper asked.
Mabel turned around to face her brother. She revealed her green sweater that reads 'I love nature' and has trees, rocks, and animals on it. "Ready!"
Then the two headed downstairs, out the door, and into the forest to find Tom the Rock.
