Coming out #2

A/N- Hey guys this is a different version of Coming Out.

"I need to see you, I can't do this over the phone" I said, through the phone.

"Alex, what are you talking about?" My best friend Jess replied.

"Can you come over? I need to talk to you" I asked.

"Yeah of course, I'll  be there in 5" She said and ended the call.

My palms were sweating, I was so nervous pacing back and forth as I waited for Jess to get here. I couldn't stop thinking the worst thought about what could happen, like would she still want to be my friend or would she hate me and never want to talk to me again. Maybe I shouldn't have called her she could hate me and I don't think I could live with that. We have been best friends since I we were five, I can't live without her. Thoughts like this went through my head until a loud knock at the door broke me out of them. I wiped my hands on my jeans and walked over to the door, I took a deep breath and opened it.

"Hey, what's wrong? What happened?" Jess questioned before I could say anything.

"Yeah, everything's fine" I turned and walked up to my room with Jess following behind me.

As I sat down on my bed I could help but cry. I was so scared but I had to tell her, I can't keep lying to her.

"Hey it's okay, what's wrong?" She asked, sitting down next to me and putting her arms around me.

"I.....I" I started but the words just wouldn't come out.

"Whatever it is Alex, you can tell me"

"I..I..I'm g..gay" I stuttered out, still crying.

"I know" She said.

"What how?" how the hell did she know.

"I walked in on you and my sister the other day" she confessed making a face.

"Why didn't you tell me?" I asked.

"I was waiting for you to be ready to tell me"

"Oh my god, I'm sorry you had to see that" I blushed "you weren't supposed to be home"

It would be bad enough if she walked in on us just making out but she walked in on so much more. She opened her mouth to say something but a knock on the door stopped her. 

"I'll get it" I said and walked down the stairs. I opened the door to find my beautiful girlfriend Devon AKA Jess's sister, standing there.

"Hey babe" I greeted her.

"Hey, oh my god what happened? why are you crying, who do I have to beat the crap out of" She exclaimed, rushing over to me.

"Everything's fine Dev, I told Jess"

"How'd she take it?" Devon asked, putting an arm around me and walking to my room.

"She knew" I told her. Devon stopped and gave me a confused look.

"She walked in on us the other day" I answered the unasked question.

"Oh I thought she wasn't supposed to be home" 

"She wasn't" Devon burst out laughing, making me start laughing to.

"Maybe we should lock the door next time" I suggested.

"Maybe" Devon said and we continued to my room.

"Hey sis" Devon said, walking into my room.
