Suddenly, my alarm clock woke me up. I slowly sat up and looked around. After a while, I slowly stood up off my bed and walked down stairs to get some breakfast.
"Mum!? You're not at work today?" I noticed my mum preparing the breakfast.
"Oh, good morning Yuri. I heard that you missed quite a lot of school past the last two days." My mum looked at me, disappointed.
"Well-,..." I tried to come up with a good excuse.
"Yuri, I'll let this slide this ones, but don't let me ever hear that you're skipping classes again. Is that understood?"
"Yes." I answered and went back upstairs to get ready for college.
As, I was just running back down, someone knocked on the door.
I then ran to the door and opened it.
"Jun! What are you doing here?" My eyes widen, as I saw Jun standing in front of my door, with a big smile.
"Ready for college?" Jun asked.
"Well, I still need to eat my breakfast." I said in a quiet voice.
"Don't worry about it, I'll buy you some food at college. Today is a special day, better hurry or you'll be late." Somehow, Jun looked really excited.
"What's exactly happening?" I was unable to keep up.
"You'll see. Come on grab your things and let's go." Jun kept rushing me.
After we both walked into the class, I noticed that teacher was already standing at his desk.
"So, now everyone's here, we can go."
"where are we going?" I looked at Jun, demanding an answer.
"Isn't it obvious, were going on a field trip." Jun leaned in closer to me.
"I kind of gathered that, but can you please tell me where exactly are we going?"
"You'll find out soon." Jun wrapped his hand around me and began to follow the rest of the class out, pulling me slightly.
As we walked out the bus was already waiting at the college entrance.
After about one-hour drive, the bus stopped near a beautiful, green forest. As I looked around I notice a sea in the distance.
"Wow, this place is beautiful." I said, looking at the perfect path, leading to the forest.
"Okay everyone, I'm taking register!" The teacher silenced the class.
When the register was finished, everyone started to talk again.
"Jun, why are we here? Are we doing some kind of wildlife research?" I was confused, as normally our college's trips were to places like galleries and museums.
"No, that would be boring. We are having a three-day camp." Jun smiled.
"B-but, what will I do? If my mum finds out that I haven't been studding, she will literally kill me." I murmured to myself.
"Don't worry our teacher told your mum that you are going on a study camp." Jun smiled and messed my hair up.
"Everyone, stay together and follow me." The teacher said before leading us into the beautiful forest.
After a couple minutes' walk, we finally got to the camping site.
"But none of us have any tents with us." I noticed.
"Don't worry Yuri, we'll be staying in the dormitory rooms." The teacher explained.
Once all of us were assigned to our rooms and settled in, we were all given free time until 9pm.
I went outside and decided to go look around.
As, I went into the forest, I saw someone walking down. I walked closer to the person to see who it was. "Myungho?" I said in a quiet voice. "What are you doing here?"
"Oh Yuri. We decided that the whole performance unit should tag along with Jun. The rest of the group might come later on." The8 said in cute voice and gave me an adorable smile."
"You guys are so cool. I wish I could have such good friends as you guys are." My voice went a little quieter.
"What are you talking about? You are Seventeen's good friend now. You can rely on us whenever you need any help." The8 smiled. (The8's so cute).
"Thank you, Myungho." I smiled as I heard The8's kind words."
"Anyway, where were you going?" The8 asked.
"Me? I was just going to see if I could have a closer look at the ocean."
"Come on, then let's go together. Lead the way." The8 smiled, as patted me gently on my back.
As we walked for a while into the forest, I caught a glance of the sea. The gentle waves sparkled in the sun and the sand was golden yellow.
"Wow. It's so beautiful." I murmured to myself, as I gazed at the sea.
"Come on." The8 grabbed my hand and lead me closer to the sea-side.
As we walked onto the warm sand, I instantly broke into the sprint, running into the water.
After I calmed down a little, I sat on the dry sand and gazed at the sea.
Before I knew it, I was quietly singing one of seventeen songs (When I grow up).
"Wow. You have a beautiful voice." The8 walked slowly towards me.
"Oh, sorry! It's just that I had this song stuck in my head for quite a while." I explained as fast, as I could.
"If you like singing, then you should always be singing, no matter the circumstances. Just wait until I tell the group."
"No. Please don't." I protested.
Suddenly, I felt a cold breeze coming in, as a large amount of gray clouded began to draw in, covering up the sun.
"What. Your voice is going to go to waste." The8 smiled.
"Let's go!" I felt my voice starting to tremble, as I noticed that the thunderstorm was drawing in.
"Is something wrong?" The8's voice changed.
"It's nothing. It just looks like a thunderstorm is coming." I answered, a little more calmly.
"Okay then, let's go." The8 said, as he slowly began walking.
Suddenly, when we were at least half way through, I heard a loud lightning bolt sound, echoing through the forest.
I immediately dropped to the ground, covering my ears and hiding my face between my knees. (What do I do now?)
"Yuri!" I heard The8's voice.
The thunder storm was worse than ever before. There was hardly and break between the scary sound of the thunderstorm.
(Jun. Where are you?) I felt cold tears dropping down my checks.
I was starting to get weaker and weaker by each second.
"Yuri!" I heard a loud, familiar voice.
"Jun we're here." I heard The8 replay.
