You always wore a mask, well, half of a mask. It covered your left side, reason being is that before you ran away, your father abused you to the point the left side of your face had a large scar and was shriveled up. Before you got the mask and got permission to wear it at school, people called you 'Two Face'. Today you were just sitting outside on the porch in the rain. Your mask was next to you as you allowed the rain to gently tap against the ever burning skin. "Funny how it hurts more every day..."
You closed your eyes and focused on the touch of the water droplets. You didn't see Masky coming towards you with an umbrella in his hands. He noticed your mask next to you. You heard the foot steps and quickly placed your mask over the left side of your face. "I... uh... brought you an umbrella..." Masky mumbled as he sat next to you, you clicked the strap in place before looking at Masky and smiling. "Thanks Masky. But, no thanks." Masky kept the umbrella over him as you both listened to the rain. Masky cleared his throat, getting your attention.
"Umm... so... why do you wear a mask?" You looked at Masky for a second before looking at a puddle that was in front of you. You slowly reached for the strap of your mask as Masky watched. "I.. wear it to cover a... scar I had since I was at least six or seven..." You explained as you hesitantly unclipped the strap and removed the mask, Masky's eyes were wide as he saw the burnt and cruley sliced skin on your face. "K..kids at my school w..would call me 'Two Face' cause of it... that's all.."
Masky closed the umbrella and scooted to sit next to you, be slowly lifted his hand to the skin before you flinched. You were afraid it was going to hurt when he touched it. Masky noticed your scared state and lowerd his hand quickly. You both looked away awkwardly before you reclipped your mask on again. "Actually..." Masky looked over as you ran your fingers through your (h/c) (h/l) hair. "Y..you're the first person I've e..ever shown my face t..to..." You admitted as Masky could see a dark blush growing on the right side of your face.
Masky gently unclipped your mask and placed it next to you. "I... guess that makes me special, right?" You nodded as your blush grew. Masky lifted his hand gently to the left side of your face, surprisingly it didn't hurt. Your blush increased as Masky removed his mask. You both started to lean in until... "HEY MASKY!" You both yelped while blushing, Toby just ruined the moment. "Oh. Did I interrupt something?" That's when Hoodie grabbed Toby's hood before dragging him back inside. "Thanks Hoodie." "Anytime Masky." Hoodie closed the door as you both looked at each other and started to snicker.
"Aaaany way..." Masky quickly kissed you, you responded with kissing him back. It lasted about two minutes before you both pulled away. "I love you (y/n)." "I love you too Masky." You both placed your masks back on and ate some cheesecake before cuddling on the couch.
