Author's Note : Sorry I didn't update the chapter last week it's because two main reason and I'm not going to lie, I was too lazy and that I was having trouble with schoolwork along my life problems at home. Being a teenage is so hard, why can't I be a ghost or a supernatural creature of some sorts, sigh~~ Also I'm sorry this chapter is short, I'm running out of ideas, lol.
[Jan 14 - Saturday - 9:37 am]
HanEul is wide awake and stared herself at the mirror in front of her—with her cold empty eyes and her sickly pale face. Ever since the incident from the library, her body were coming weak and making her skin slowly turning white as the sheet of paper. She was thankful that today is Saturday because she doesn't know if her body can take another day forcing itself to be fine.
Throughout the week she had excuse herself more often than she intended. The pain has an unpleasant warmth to it, as it eats up her whole entire body. Some of her classmates are starting to question her weird behavior of going to bathroom ever fifteen minutes. There were nausea too, just enough to make her lean against the bathroom door to support herself and breath slow.
To the point she was almost caught by one of her classmate when they heard someone were having hazard coughs.
But since she been doing this for about five year, she managed to fool them once again. As for certain people, not so much. She would noticed them looking at her with suspicion eyes. Trying to forgive out what was going on with her. For example, her seatmate—and soon-to-be-husband would once and awhile check on her, wondering the possibility that something is wrong with her. HanEul would sometimes catch him off-guard by making direct eye contact.
Then there's her homeroom teacher, Park KangChul, when the class were busy doing their classwork or taking a test, he would sneak a peek and look at HanEul. She claims to know that he would try to understand her or maybe study her well being. Now that she stops talking him, she can understand why he would want to know what is going.
At this point, HanEul is at the verge of losing her composure. The progression is getting larger by the minute. I can't keep looking like this. There's must be way to go back to normal, just temporarily. HanEul turned the faucet on and cup the cold water on her hands. Repeatedly washing her face to cool down the semi-fever. Don't know what to do next, she helplessly stared down at the sink, hoping for something to come up. That's until she saw the piece of folded paper at her far left, sitting there.
HanEul took the paper and opened it and it says; Meet us this Saturday by noon. That's what all it says while the address is written at the bottom (Gwangju-si, 464-870). HanEul closed her eyes and took a deep breath. She knew by going there would probably change for the worse for her life. But she knows if she wants to make things right like it used to be then she has to meet them. HanEul checked the time on her phone and it's already ten more minutes for ten o'clock.
HanEul rolled her eyes and look herself again back at the mirror, "What in the world am I doing. . ."
