Dear Internet,
I did exactly what you told me to.
Yeah, yeah, I know, 'Oh my God! It's Mavin!', or whatever you call it. But, believe it or not, I got turned down.
I walked with Michael out to his car after work and asked him the only thing I though I would never have to ask a co-worker.
"Micoo, will you go on a date with me?"
He gave me a questioning look, but shrugged it off and replied, "Can't. I have to run errands for Lindsay."
I felt a sudden urge of sadness and blinked back the tears that formed in my eyes.
"Sorry, dude." he said as he got in the car.
"Bye." I said, trying to hide the worry and misery in my voice.
"Bye." Michael said as he started the car.
I slowly suckled back to Geoff's car and waited for him to finish talking to Jack so we could leave.
So, now, here I am, sitting in a puddle of my own tears and sorrow.
Help me.
Love, Gavin Free.
