First Day of School.

Henrys p.o.v

I met this new girl yesterday, she just moved in across the street with her family. my mom literally FORCED me to walk to school with her. I normally wouldn't mind but I just don't want her finding out that...

I was interrupted by my thoughts when I saw her leave her house putting her backpack on walking up to me.

"Hey Henry!" She said happily. I just waved to her as we continued to walk silently. I never look at her direct in the eyes.

"What's wrong?" She asked as I continued to look down. I shook my head and rubbed my eye but flinched. that startled her at first and she looked at me again but I didn't.

"Are you ok?" she asked. I realized I never really talked to her before. once I didn't answer, she stopped me and attempted to Make eye contact. I tried to hide my face, but she removed my hand from my face.

"What is wrong with..." she stopped once she noticed my eye....

"Oh my, God! How did you get that black eye??" She asked curiously. I really DID NOT want her to find out about this.

"Um... baseball!" I shuttered but I don't think she believed me.

She nodded anyways and we walked the whole way to school in silence. I know I shouldn't of lied to her but she can't find out that I got this black eye from my parents....

Pheobe's p.o.v

When I first saw Henrys black eye, I kinda got a little freaked out at first. Even though I hardly know him, I just hope he's not getting bullied or anything.

Once we entered the school, Henry went straight to his locker. I followed him since I have no idea were the classroom was.

"Hey Henry!" A girl came over saying. "Oh, hey Charlotte!" Henry said. she looked at me like she was waiting for me to introduce myself.

"Oh Charlotte, this is my new neighbor, Pheobe." Henry said pointing at me.

"Hey..." Charlotte started to say untill she was stopped when she noticed Henry's eye.

"oh my God! Henry what happened to your eye?" She asked loudly. Henry looked at me first then at his feet.
"Baseball." He said quietly.
Charlotte shrugged almost like she didn't believe him either. While Henry was busy turning his combination to his lock on his locker, I eyed Charlotte to come with me to the side, so she did.

"So do you believe Henry when he said it was a sports incident?" I asked. she automatically shook her head.

"Is Henry getting bullied at this school?" I asked.
"I don't think so, I'm with him most of the time, and I never saw any signs of bullying." I just nodded and we walked back over toward Henry. The bell rung so Charlotte walked to her class. Henry looked at my schedule and escorted me to my class.

after school

Henry and I were walking home together when I heard a beeping coming from near by. I looked around and realized it was coming from Henry's watch. He was trying to shut it off.

"Why does your watch beep like that?" I asked.
"It just means its 4:00." He said. "Sorry but I have to go!" He yelled abit jumpy.

"Oh... okay." I stuttered. "I will walk with you tomorrow!" He yelled while running away.
I looked at my clock and realized it was only 3:34, why did Henry say his watch beeps at 4:00? something's going on, and I'm going to find out what.
