Hospital Visit

Henry's p.o.v

All I heard was my name being spoken and adults hovering over me. I was outside of my house and heard sirens and red, blinking lights.

I tilted my head slightly only to see pheobe talking to an adult with her parents. I noticed she glimpse at me but my vision was to blurry to know for sure.

My head was pounding unbelievably bad! the pain was terrible. It felt like I was dying. I was breathing intensely. I think the paramedics notice. they tried to calm me down but it only helped slightly.

Pheobe looked really worried but I don't even remember what happened. I suddenly started to feel my eye lids get heavier and my breathing got more stable.

next thing I saw was darkness.

Pheobe's p.o.v

Today is the first day I had to walk to school by my self. I really hope that Henry will be ok. I also hope Henry appreciate what I did for him. I can't wait to see him.

This morning, our family got an phone call from the hospital, they said he will be okay but has a slight concussion. they put him on pain meds so he is still unconscious. I can tell Charlotte and Jasper what happened too.

Once I entered the school campus, I went to my locker and started to punch in the combination.

I soon saw Charlotte come over with jasper following behind her. "Hey Pheobe, Hey...." She stopped when she noticed Henry wasn't with me. "Were's Henry?" she asked. "Oh um... he's in the hospital..." I said but didn't realize how harsh I said it. Both of there eyes widened, "Oh my God!! What happened? Is he ok?" Charlotte quickly asked as I nodded and said, "Oh yeah, but um... I don't think he wants you to find out what happened just yet." They both just stared at me for a second but nodded in response.

After school, I walked in my house expected to hear yelling across the street but forgot that Henry's parents are in prison...

Once I entered my home I saw my mom on the phone with someone. I closed my door shut, put down my backpack on the couch and listened to the phone call. by the terminology they were speaking in, I guessed it was the hospital.

I walked closer as my mom hung up with them. I eyed her untill she said.

"We have to go to the hospital now!" my mom yelled. I was getting nervous because to me it sounds like something might be wrong with Henry. As soon as my mom spoke, I rushed into the car without a question asked.

Once we got there, my mom said "Um hi, we're here to see Henry... uh.." My mom looked at me forgetting his last name. "Hart!" I said to her.

"Right! Henry Hart!" My mom said to the receptionists.

"Room 201." The women said emotonless. We nodded and walk towards the room. As we got there, we saw a doctor that came out of the room who had a clipboard in his hands.

He noticed we were standing by the door so he said, "Are you guys here to see Henry Hart?" He asked. My mom and I nodded. "Is he okay?" I asked.

He looked down at his clipboard and said, "He is still unconscious but his heart rate is very unstable." After that was really awkward until he opened the door for us.

He was hooked up to a heart monitor and a breathing mask on. He also had a wrap around his head. He still had the bruises all over him from his parents. I was staring at him for a bit. it sounds kinda creepy but I was just worried for him. My mom was talking to the doctor and soon left through the door.

I was still looking at Henry. I pulled up a chair and sat next to him. As I looked at him, I never realized how cute he really was, mostly because I never got a good look at his face because he always hid it.

He was always so shy he never really made long eye contact with me. I was lost in my thoughts, I didn't really noticed how close I was getting to his face.

Once I noticed that his eyes were flickering opened, I jerked back in my chair. I waited for him to fully open his eyes.

Once he did, he has a panicked look on his face. he felt his face and realized he has a breathing mask on. he was also connected to the heart monitor still. It was going crazy. "Henry, calm down! your okay!" I said as the monitor slowly decreased.

He started to breath very slowly as I gave him a smile. He just looked down at his hands.

It was silent for a minute untill he said "Pheobe?" Very quietly. "Yeah?" I asked. "What happened?" He questioned. I looked around for a second untill I said, "Uh... You got hit on the head with..." I got interrupted when he asked, "Were's my parents?" I didn't really want to tell him right now what happened.

"Uh... their um..." I said until this man with dark brown hair came threw the door.

"Henry! I heard what happened? are you okay?" He asked. Henry just nodded. I made eye contact with the man wondering who he was.

"Who's this?" He asked pointing to me. "This is my new neighbor, Pheobe." He said with a weak voice.

"We both greeted eachother untill Henry said, "And pheobe, this is my boss, Ray."we both nodded awkwardly.

"Oh and I'm sorry to hear about your parents..." Ray said. My eyes widened and so did Henry's. "What do you mean?" He asked.

"Uh... about your parents being arrested." Ray said that made me and Henry gasp at the same time.

"WHAT?" He exclaimed loudly. His head jerked over to me. so did Ray's.

I didn't want him to find out this way...
