There was no wind, almost nothing made a sound...There was full moon out, the soft grey clouds passing over it making shadows. That night, they were going to hunt.
The personable Legendary had blue eyes that were like two chunks of lapis lazuli. His fine, wavy, chocolate-colored hair shifted in the cool air. He had a masculine build and white skin.
The other, with the Amazonian build, had deep-set eyes the color of burnished iron. Her thick, curly, soot-black hair was worn in a style that reminded him of a bale of hay somehow. Filled with hunger, and bearing her protruded fangs, "When shall we advance?" she whispered.
"Strike...Now," Caius whispered back.
They strode towards the human campsite, where the only source of light and heat was that fire.
They were laughing and joking with each other, before stopping abruptly.
"What was that?" One of them gasped.
Not a moment after, the rest of them noticed too. They stood up with their hearts pounding in their ears, before the prowlers revealed themselves.
"Who are you supposed to be?" Another one of them snorted.
Caius smirked, amused by mortal stupidity, "That's none of your concern."
The second he finished the sentence, they lashed out. Caius, being one of a Sanguinarian Coven, gruesomely ripped out their throats and drank every ounce of their blood.
The campers shrieked and screamed in pain.
The violent huntress didn't drink blood, however, she was in a Psychic Coven. Instead, she consumed their Prana, visibly eating their souls.
When their hunger was satisfied, they ran faster than humanly possible, back to the Labyrinth.
