               — CHAPTER NINE —

I wasn't sure of what to feel. To be saddened? seeing that she indeed still loved her brother, a forbidden love in the eyes of the old and new Gods or afraid that Jaime would do what he had wanted when I first met him, behead me whilst I slept or in this very moment. Jaime was wrongly in love with his own sister, it was obvious he would do anything to protect it, to make sure that I would not tell a soul after seeing. No longer were there any looks of pleasures but a worrisome eye that cast thinly across her face, and how she pretended to be alright with the situation but was not, like veils on beauty and obvious when she swallowed by stealth about her pale throat along faint fingerprints that Jaime had left behind from what it seemed harsh sexual practices they'd been doing before I could interrupt “I -- I apologize” I said, so embarrassed I dropped my gaze and made the move to return out into the corridor halls, but Jaime had quicker feet to rush and close the chamber doors right in front me, causing my body to instantly halt at his presence.

“You are not going anywhere” Jaime breathed out slightly tilting his head with stern eyes at me like a mother does when her child has not been good. He was leaning against the chamber doors and recognized my face once his breath was at its normal pace, marble drops of sweat crusted onto his skin and completely matted in his long blond hair “Well, Well. You're the lost bird” Jaime muttered with a smirk, growing his furrowed brows low “I helped you, you didn't seem so lost now did you?”

“I must've forgotten” said the Queen, breaking the tense eye contact Jaime had been giving me. Cersei took the flagon and began to pour herself wine, the one she had been drinking from constantly “I requested for her earlier this morning” the woman declared lies for my sake. Cersei turned with an arched brow and pursed lips approaching slowly to me “Have you ever heard the manner of knocking? Hm?”

“I don't care what you've forgotten” Jaime hissed “The girl saw us. I knew father should have rid of her the moment she came into our battle tents” Jaime confessed through his gritted teeth, returning his eyes towards me like predator at it's a prey "She probably planned on stealing anything valuable then flee! I might as well finish what he did not”

“You will naught rid of no one!” Cersei hissed back sharply, glowering at me as if the stern words were direct to me as I stood there growing sweaty palms and a dry throat, a part of me wanted to swear to the old Gods and the new on telling anyone, but I sensed I was the last person they wanted to hear anything from.

“Then what, Cersei? Do you consider letting the girl go? The moment she walks out that door her mouth will spread across” he said in a fairly loud whisper approaching to stand behind his sister, the slayer did not care whether I was there listening to his plan to rid of my existence.

“I don't purpose killing someone nor letting this go” Cersei muttered, turning fully around to face her anxious and angry brother “The secret already lingers, we're surrounded by whispering worms. Be glad it hasn't spread all around Westeros and thank the Gods father is too naive to believe it, simply because we're hated for our wealth, brother. You'll not rid of no one, don't be a fool”
