Damon's pov
I am worried sick about Cara, today she has an appointement with the doctor, I hope everything goes fine . I just really love her, and I don't want anything bad to happen to her, I pushed all the negative thoughts away and called Cara to get ready for an appointement.
Cara's pov
I got dressed for the doctor's appointement, but first we had some things to do, Damon had to fetch some papers from the offic and we will be heading to Doctor Barbara, they say she is a great doc, who has a PHD so , I am hoping that she can describe and tell us what is happening, Maybe my Cancer is back. SHUT UP AND FOR ONCE THINK POSITIVELY, my consious said. Anyways , we went to the car. I wanted to be honest with Damon.
"I am scared."
"Don't be Cara, I am positive that nothing bad will happen, believe me."
He gave me a heart warming
Smile and continued driving. I just stared at him, I am so lucky to have him, like he is everything a girl can ever imagine and I don't plan on doing anything stupid that can ruin this.
The Doctor's aphirmary was far from our home, but that is America, everything you need is far. The song 'Faded' blasted through the speakers of the car and I sung along in my beautiful angelic voice, please note the sarcasm, Damon burst out laughing , I crossed my arms.
"And what are you laughing about sir?"
"At how amazing your voice is."
"Oh yeah, I bet your voice is just as much as horrible."
He started singing, and wow. I have never heard such a pure voice in my life, My jaw fell to the floor.
"Close your mouth , my love."
"Ugghh, Is there anything you are not good at?"
He laughed. "I don't know."
And that smile amazes me again, it will never stop doing it.
"You are amazing, do you know that?"
"Thanks, baby, trust me you are greater."
I blushed and smiled. Like seriously, where is this Doctor ? In the middle of no where , I am guessing, I dozed.
"Cara, we are here."
"Yeah okay."
I stumbled like three times, still yawning and I had a blurred vision from my yawn-tears. We sat on the leather couches waiting for our turn, gosh, why are there so many sick people, the secretary looked like a slut, she was staring ar Damon, as she plopping her jaw with the bubble gum, Damon was uncomfortable.
"I am sorry, could you stop staring at my husband or I will rip your eye balls off."
"Thanks babe."
I plumped back in my seat hoping that it was our turn by now, but just as our luck was amazing , it wasn't. Some old couple were staring at us.
"Excuse us, but you look like a cute couple, you remind me of us , back in our days."
Damon and I replied simultaneously, "Thank you."
We smiled at them and read a magazine, oh I didn't know there was a Project Runaway in the Middle East, ooh wow Eli Saab just made ano-
"Mrs.Read, you may come in, sir, I am deeply sorry, but the sitting is private."
"No, I will come."
"Damon, baby, it is okay."
I smiled and kissed his cheek.
"Fine."
I entered the office to see a doctor in her late fourties, wearing fancy makeup, you know , the red lipstick and the foulard around her neck.
Her office was in a sky blue paint as I saw the couch for the patient to sit in, of course accompanied with other medical equipments.
"Hello Dearest."
"Hi, Doc."
"So have a seat , tell me what is going on."
I sat in the chair and started.
"I am always dizzy with an urge of throwing up, as I have these major cramps in my stomach, I can't seem to concentrate nor eat well, I always feel heaviness as I pee so much."
"Let's get you checked up , then we could have an Ultrasound to make sure of things."
I nodded and we walked into the little room, she started inspecting me with her cycloscope as we did some tests, she didn't seem worried which made me slightly comfortable.
"Cara, I am having a theory, but I want to make sure."
I sat in this semi-box like thing as she took an X-Ray.she smiled when she saw it.
"Cara, you are pregnant my child."
I smiled a wide smile, I am gonna be a mom, wait untill Damon hears about this, god , I am so relieved.
"Here, these will stop the cramps as they are also vitamins for your little one."
I thanked the doctor and got out.
"So Cara, tell me what happened."
"Damon, I am pregnant!"
"Wow! My love, I am so happy, thank god."
He pulled me into a hug and kissed me. "I love you."
"I love you too."
He crutched to the level of my belly and kissed it. "And I love you too." I put my hand through his hair and shed a few happy tears.
"Wait untill my parents hear this! We have got to tell them."
