I slammed "STOP" on my alarm on my phone.

I opened my room door and ran downstairs with my fluffy pink socks & messy hair due to my scarf falling off in my sleep. As I was running down the spiral staircase I heard giggles and singing from the kitchen. I walked in slowly and saw Chris and Alaina making breakfast plates and Mekhi and the girls sitting at the table eating.
"Uh...I can explain him" I said pointing at Chris.
"Honey it's okay, he already explained everything." said Alaina.
"Yeah and we also talked about what I did to you" he said showing me bruises all over his back and head.
"Oh geez, what happened?" I said observing his bruises

I looked at Alaina shrug as she took her plate to the table.
