Bonnie was stressed
With school for she had
Her exams coming up and
She couldn't fail for she
Had nothing to her name and
She wanted to be able to
Support herself when she
Left school at last.
Clyde never seemed to study;
He just helped Bonnie with her
Revision but he never
Told her why when she asked
For above all he
Didn't want to hurt her and
He couldn't bring himself to
Come clean.
The pair dedicated each
Tuesday and Thursday to
Study and despite Bonnie's
Lack of concentration, Clyde
Made sure that she did
Do some work instead of
Spending the whole time
Cuddling up and flirting
In front of a movie.
Bonnie remained blissfully
Unaware of the
arguments downstairs
Of the whispers
her parents shared
And of the concerned
glances they cast
Her way whenever she spent
Her time with Clyde.
He often warned her of the
Attention they somehow
Attracted whenever they were
Together but, being her stubborn self,
Bonnie would always dismiss his
Comments and try to
Distract him with a
Sweet peck on the cheek.
Bonnie never realised the
Importance of what Clyde was saying.
She would respond to him
Saying only "As long as I have you
I will never be alone."
Clyde sighed and left
The subject alone but
He knew, he KNEW that
One day she would realise
The problems he spoke of.
A/n I've decided that I'm only going to write 10 chapters of this story. There may be a sequel because I have an idea for one but I might not write it because nobody's going to read it anyway :P
