I wasted no time to attack the dog closest to me. The dog that I was attacking had a grey coat and blue eyes with patches of white around his body. He looked surprised when he saw me attack him and hit him with my claws. Angrily, I attempted to bite the dogs neck but he dashed out of the way and before I knew it the wild dogs had circled around me.

"Stop this!" The dog to the left of me, the biggest one barked. He had a dark black coat and bronze eyes with scars scattered all over his body. "We mean no harm to you!"

I faced my head directly toward him, baring my sharp teeth. "Ha! That's what they all say!" I growled. "Why should I trust you?" I bent down to the ground ready to attack my next opponent.

"That's the same thing we should be asking you." I swiped my head to my right to see a dark brown, female dog with bright yellow eyes. "You're lucky our leader is actually allowing you to join us." The dark brown dog said.

"Join you? Ha! I would never join you mutts, the first chance you get you'll be tearing my neck," I growled keeping my head low. Why would they ever think that I would trust them? I thought.

"We're not who you think you are..." I turned to see the grey and white dog, the one who I had attacked which now has a nasty claw mark on his chest. I was satisfied about that. "There's another pack out here, a vicious one who call themselves the 'Dark Whisperers'."

"Ooooo how spooky," I said sarcastically. "And how do expect me to believe anything you say?"

"You have too, you see, they're recruiting their dogs and coming out during the day more often... it's not safe anymore." The big black dog said, probably the leader. He looked straight at me fiercely and I gave him back the same look. "You make the decision, to trust us and join or get torn apart by those nasty mutts."

I looked at him for a long moment. Err they can't just expect me to trust them, but, what if they're telling the truth? I stood my ground. "I prefer to be left alone," I said firmly to the black dog.

The big black dog closed his eyes. "As you wish." He started to moved slowly away from me and flicked his tail when he was a far distance away from me. Slowly the other dogs began to follow him. I stood my ground ready for any sudden moves.

The black dog started to run and the others followed. The grey and white dog turned to look back at me and quickly turned his head back and ran out of the path in the alley.
