So like in the video above if you didn't watch it she was saying how making a journal can help you with anxiety for me it does help but sometime doesn't meditation can help talking to someome always!! Helps me always telling someone what your feeling are helps working out or dancing helps me if I'm in the mood to do that anyways this is my last resort but getting on pills might help talk to your doctor first and see what your doctor thinks but this is my story and hope it helps if not I'm sorry but there's plenty of other things out there you can do and read to help thanks for reading tell me what you think 😊
