POV: Irene
I was sitting down at a tree behind the school. It was a cloudy day but it wasn't raining. I was reading one of my favorite books then I felt someone plop beside me. I jumped since it wasn't very often when someone sat next to me. I looked over to find the only person who ever did. Seulgi.
"Hi" she said very perky and cutely. Just one simple word can make me fall in love with her. Wait love. Whatever the past is the past.
"Why do you sit next to me? " I asked. I had always figured if I ever wanted a friend I'd have to put in the work of coming to them. Seulgi seemed to appear like magic everytime I thought of her. Well not everytime I don't think anyone could stand me that long
"Why wouldn't I?"
"I don't know no one else does"
"They're missing out on a real catch"
"Who? certainly not me" Seulgi thumped me in the forehead
"Stop it!"she grabbed my cheeks with both her hands to make sure I was looking at her. My heart was beating so fast I thought surely it want healthy.
"Your great." After that she let go and I was a little sad.
"Anyways" she started.
"There is a party tonight at a girl named Wendy's house. Come with me" She said simply.
"To a p-party? I d-dont know I get nervous around a lot of people" I stuttered out. I sound like a shy idiot
"Please come with me! I really want you there! " Seulgi looked sincere about wanting me there and well I can never say no to her.
"Okay I'll go to your house and we'll go together"

Later that night I put on a simple outfit but one that I wouldn't wear to school.
I called a babysitter that night. My mom
had asked me to watch the kids but I said yes to Seulgi and I couldn't deal with letting her down. The babysitter I got wasn't too good but it was the best there was on short notice. I thanked them for coming about a thousand time before leaving and I walked to Seulgi's house. It would take about about 30 minuted since her house was not close to mines.
