Memory Lapse II

Chloe gasp and inhale as much air as possible. She stands and stumble as the room spins.

"Did you hear that?" Someone say and it's sounds oddly like herself.

"No." Someone else replies and it sounds oddly like her wife.

Chloe blinks several times again and grab the nearby table to help her balance. She turns and notice she's in her bedroom and she glances at the bed and notice a twin version of herself and Violet but younger.

In a very interesting position.

She blushes as Violet naked back is on display and she continues to watch her twin self moan and gasp as Violet kisses down her body and disappear underneath the sheets.

Chloe swallows and curse herself for watching.

Everything in the room begins to spin and Chloe gasp again. "I don't think I'll get use to this." She mutters to herself while holding her head. Everything is dizzy again.

Silver is running towards her, "Mommy. Mommy." Silver is younger and her hair is chopped to her shoulders because of the accident that happened with the gum when Rue should have been watching her.

She's five.

Chloe smile spread and she watches as Silver trips and fall. Tears begin to build up in her eyes and Chloe wants to step forward badly but her mother words stop her, "Don't intervene."

"Don't cry." Violet appears and she's bending over. "Pain is only in the mind."

"But...it hurts." Silver stammers. Violet smiles and wipe away her tears. She then bends over and kisses her forehead before ruffling her messy hair.

Silver smiles and wipe her face. She's then running off again clumsily with her mother chasing after her.

The room spins again and Chloe shuts her eyes preparing herself for a twisting feeling in her stomach.

"What did you do?" Violet growls. Chloe head is resting in her lap. She run her fingers through her hair.

"It's a memory spell. She will be fine. Let it take its course." Victoria explains sipping her tea. She still didn't particularly like Violet.

Violet clenches her jaw. The feelings were mutual. "How long will she be like this?"

Victoria shrug her shoulders.

Violet growls.

"It could be days." Victoria announces. "It depends on how much she wishes to know."

"You let her do this?" Violet ask looking Cassandra way.

"You lied about my daughter having dark magic. I couldn't....I can't trust you, Violet. You're putting us in danger." Cassandra argues.

"I'm trying to protect all of you!" Violet snarls. Her eyes glow and her teeth bares out as a low growl follows behind her words. "What the fuck is wrong with you?" Violet places Chloe head down softly and stand. "I saved you. Do you remember that, Cassandra. I took your side when Chloe couldn't bare to look at you. Without me you wouldn't be here. I've sacrificed everything for you. And this is how you repay me. By doing this behind my back! Chloe doesn't need to see my memories. It will destroy her."
