Silver stands on the lawn out back with the rest of the pack. Violet and Olivia decided to triple training because of the upcoming war. Cassa rushes out and Silver arches her eyebrow in confusion.

"I will be training with you all today." Cassa beams standing in a pair of shorts and shirt. "Your mother believes it is time for me to learn to defend myself. Physically of course...

"Cassandra approved of this?" Silver ask.

"Yes." Cassa answers. She then looks around. "Where is Harley?"

The hybrid sprints onto the lawn and Cassa smiles at seeing the other girl. Harley hurries and avoids her mother stare. She didn't want to think about the consequences if she was late again. She approaches the other girls and frown at seeing Cassa. "What are you doing here?" She hisses.

Cassa chews on her bottom lip and look away. She opens her mouth to explain but Violet was already speaking. "Alright. Let's warm up." Harley grunts and they all make a line facing the woods.

"Stay close." Silver whispers to Cassa.

They all begin to run and Cassa keeps up and only begins to struggle towards the end. Once they come to stop Cassa is wheezing and desperately trying to catch her breath. Twenty miles wasn't easy. Harley come towards her and put a hand on her shoulder, "Stand up straight. You're fine. Look at me. Slowly...through your nose."

Someone walks upon them with a deep chuckle. "I don't think you're meant for this."

Harley whirls around in anger. "Keep it moving before I break your legs."

The boy laughs but continues to walk away with his friends at his side.

Cassa pouts and Harley looks at her and say, "Ignore them. He spilled his guts his first day. You're doing great."

Cassa beams.

As the sun shines over the trees Cassa improves in each activity that includes war tactics and combat. Most of the pack is jealous that she knows so much about the strategy of war.

Harley smirks in pride.

During hand to hand combat Cassa partners up with Harley and Silver throughout the morning and they are not surprised that she's doing better than others.

"Switch." Olivia commands.

Silver steps forward to fight Cassa but Violet stops her. She then points to a random boy and order, "You and Cassa."

"She's okay with us, Violet." Harley growls.

Violet ignores the hybrid and Cassa moves to the center of the lawn. The boy who was teasing her earlier gives her a grin and say, "This should be easy."

Silver steps forward. "What are you doing?" She questions her mother. "It's her first day. Cassa is fine with us."

"You won't know her full potential if you continue to pull your punches, Silver." Violet explains. "I know she's your cousin and closest friend and you wish to protect her but even the alpha.." Violet clears her throat. "Even you, can't be by her side at every moment. She needs to learn."

Silver swallows and turn to watch the battle.

Cassa gets into a stance and the boy gives her a cocky grin before making his first move. Cassa blocks the strike to her face but she hisses from the powerful blow.

He then knees her to the stomach and pushes her back. She loses her footing and falls over. The boy take a few steps back and laugh. Cassa hurries and get to her feet with determination.
