hello i have risen from the dead. sorry for leaving you for awhile. :-)

"Tea?"

Dan took the mug and thanked Phil before taking a sip. He grinned at the taste and took another sip. It was sweet, it reminded him of Phil. His flat was what he expected: colorful and flashy. On the shelves sat figurines ranging from anime characters to video game characters, his Christmas tree still up with excessive amounts of tinsel. Phil was honestly so extra.

"Your flat is literally you." Dan laughed.

Phil smiled and looked around. "You think so? I'm not sure if it's nerdy enough."

"Trust me, it is." They both laughed and Phil took a seat next to Dan. It was a comfortable silence as they sipped on their tea.

Dan had almost forgotten about the anxiety Daniel gave him. How did he find out what university he went to, or what dorm he was living in? What would he have done if he saw Dan? The boy bit on the side of his cheek and looked over at Phil.

He let out a sigh and rubbed his forehead. "Phil, did you tell Daniel what university I go to?"

"I might have, I'm not sure." Phil frowned. "I think he was asking me about what you studied, but I don't think I told him where and I wouldn't have told him what dorm you stay at."

"This is weird, how did he know?" Dan pondered. "Even the school wouldn't tell random strangers where students are living."

Phil sighed. "I'll ask him tomorrow."

Dan looked at Phil with a frown. "Starting conversations about me seem to be making matters worse. Is it even safe to be staying at my dorm?"

"You can stay at mine if you need to."

"Phil, no. That's okay, I can just stay with my parents."

The man furrowed his eyebrows. "What if he finds out where your parents live as well? Dan, just stay with me."

Dan looked away from Phil and brought his knees up to his chest, thinking about the situation. He bit the inside of his cheek and thought about his classes. What was he supposed to do? Drop out? Then his parents would disown him. What if he got the police involved? But, what would they do? He didn't know what to do, and he was scared.

"I'm sorry I got you into this situation."

The boy turned back to Phil. "Don't apologize, it's fine. You said he saw us at the movies, right? It was bound to happen anyways."

Phil opened his mouth to speak, but before he could say anything, his phone began going off. He gave Dan a smile and answered the phone as he began walking into a different room. Dan took this opportunity to look around. He had a nice television with multiple gaming systems surrounding it.Obviously, the radio station paid him well. There were some photo frames around, mostly of people he didn't know with Phil. Dan could tell he was liked by many.

"Daniel just called me." Phil said as he walked back into the room.

Dan frowned. "What did he say?"

"He started apologizing about today, and that he was only trying to apologize to you. Which I then asked how he knew where you lived. He said you told him."

"Why the hell would I tell him that?"

The man shook his head and pinched the bridge of his nose. "I called him out and he hung up on me. He's not very happy."

"This guy is a lunatic."

"Stay in my flat, there's a spare bedroom."

"Phil..." Dan drawled on.

He shook his head. "I got you into this mess, it's the least I can do. Just stay here, I'll drive you to your early classes, and you can stay here while I'm still at the radio station."

Dan let out a breath. "What if Daniel comes over?"

"He won't, I won't let him."

"Unexpectedly." Dan added.

Phil sighed. "Let's just wait until that happens, alright? For now, just stay here."

Other Daniel: Okay, okay I'm sorry. Look, I'm into you if you haven't noticed.

buffyphil: I can assure you, I've noticed.

Other Daniel: Can you just give me a shot?

buffyphil: Have I mentioned I'm in a relationship? The boy you are terrorizing?

Other Daniel: There is no way you are actually in a relationship with that kid. Phil, you're too old for him. Date someone like me, who's actually your age.

buffyphil: Listen, even if I were to date someone around my age, it surely wouldn't be you. Please stop.
