Jessica pov
It has been a month now since me and Nick got married,and i have been taking time off of work because i haven't been myself lately." Are you sure your okay?" Nick asked as he was about to leave for work." Yes,since the kids are at school i have time and go see the doctor." I said as i looked up at him." I can go with you." Nick said as he wrapped his arms around my waist." No,you need to go to work." I said as i wrapped my arms around his neck." Okay,okay. Just call me when they tell you what is going on." Nick said as he kissed my head." I will,go before your late." I said as i pushed him towards the door. When he left i sighed as i looked at the time to see that i had to leave so i can make my appointment before i pick up the kids. When i made it to the doctors i walked in and signed in. I sat down and waited for a few minutes. Just then i was called in the back." Hello Mrs. Amaro,what seems to be the problem today?" Mrs. Green asked as i sat down on the table like thing." Well,i haven't been feeling well for almost two months now." I said as she nodded and wrote it down." Okay,well change into this robe and i will be right back." She said as she walked out of the room. When she left i got changed and sat on the table scared to find out what is wrong. She then came back with a cup and something to take youe blood." Okay,before we start i would like for you to fill this cup up,please." She said as she hands it over to me and i nodded before going to the bathroom to do what i had to do. When i came back out i gave it to her and she left to get it tested. When she came back again she clapped her hands." Are you ready to get started?" She asked as she sat down on a chair as i nodded." Yeah." I said nervous as i layed back down on the table.
5 minutes later
Right now i am sitting in the waiting room waiting for my results and it feels like forever until i got my name called." Okay,Mrs. Amaro. I got good news." Mrs. Green said as we sat in her office." What is it?" I asked as i bite the inside of my mouth." You are two months pregnant." She said with a smile as i just looked at her shocked." What?" I asked hoping i heard right." Yeah,you are two months pregnant,congratulations." She said as i nodded with a smile on my face." Thank you so much." I said as i got up and shook her hand. When i got into the car i started to cry because i finally get to be a mom. When i looked at the time i realized that it was almost time for me to pick the kids up. So i drove to their school thinking of ways to tell Nick and the kids. When i pulled up to the school i saw them playing,so i walked up to them." Are you coming home or are you planning on staying at school?" I asked as they turned to me and ran to me." Hi!" They yelled as they hugged me." Hi,you ready to go?" I asked as they ran to go get their bags. When they came back we got to the car and i felt my stomach turn." Are you okay?" Zara asked as she and Jackson looked at me." Yeah,i'm fine. Lets go before it gets late." I said as we got in the car and took off. When we got home i saw Nick was home. We walked into the house and the kids ran to Nick and hugged him before they ran off to so their homework." So,how did it go?" Nick asked as he sat down next to me on the couch as i looked up at him." Um..i'm pregnant." I said as i turned to look at him and he had a big smile on this face." Really?" He asked as i nodded." Two months." I said as he pulled me into a hug and then a kiss." We are going to be parents?" He asked as i nodded and he pulled me into another hug." Is everything fine in here?" Jackson asked as me and Nick turned to see the kids looking at us." Yeah,but Jessica and i have something to tell you guys so come over here and sit." Nick said as the kids moved in front of so we could talk to them." Jessica here,is going to be having a baby." Nick said as the kids looked happy." I'm going to be a big sister?" Zara asked as Nick nodded." I'm going to be a big brother?" Jackson asked as i nodded." You sure are bud." I said woth a smile as we group hug." The family just got bigger." Nick said as he kissed the kids head and kissed me. It sure did,i thought to myself as i smiled to myself,the thought of being a mom.
