Chapter 35: Melon Shake Disaster.. :(

~Lyn's pov~

I went to SHINee's dorm the next morning with 6 melon shakes and a soccer game ticket. I was feeling bad about being a jerk as a response to Minho's jerkiness that I feel like I should apologize to him. Besides, Heera said that Minho felt bad about that too because he came after me, running and trying to catch me. I felt kinda giddy and guilty at the same time. I wish Minho would accept my peace offering. ^_^

*Knock knock*

Taemin opened the door and his eyes widened at the sight of the Melon Shakes. "Lyn-ah! You brought Melon shakes. Kyaaaah!!" Taemin yelled as he hugged me, making me temporarily deaf. He grabbed the shakes and led me inside.

The members greeted me warmly like they hadn't saw me yesterday. "You brought us Melon Shakes? Awww. You shouldn't have." Key said in awe. "Oh no. Not you, Key oppa. You've been very mean to me last night." I swiped his shake out of his hand like stealing milk from a baby. "But I made you Carbonara, didn't I?!" He protessed. I smiled and said, "Oh, right. Sorry. I forgot. Here's your shake, oppa Carbonara." "Hey! If you want more Carbonara, go get some on the fridge. There's still a lot left." He said, snatching his shake from me. "Really? Okay. Kamsahamnida." I made my way to the kitchen, leaving those silly guys with their Shakes.

I browsed SHINee's fridge for Key's Carbonara. Once I spotted it, I grabbed it and prepared to heat it when a pair of hands covered my eyes. "Who's this?" I asked. "Eomma, Mianhae. I didn't mean to make you mad last night." A familiar voice said. I can't help the smile forming on my face. "The truth is, I really really like you. I like you more than Key's Carbonara." "Really?" I asked. "Then why do you keep on teasing me?" I pouted. "Because you look so cute when you're annoyed." He removed his hands from my eyes and turned me around so I could face him. "Cute when you're annoyed, pretty when you cry and Beautiful when you smile." Minho said. He leaned in and planted his lips on my forehead.

"Awwwww.." The voice of the remaining members echoed from the room. Onew, Taemin, Key and Jonghyun were standing by the table making goo-goo faces at us. Minho and I laughed. "What's up with your faces?" "It's a real life television drama!" Taemin announced. "A corny dramatic love story." Jonghyun agreed.

"What Love story?" A girl whom I'd never seen before said. "Ynna, you're here." Minho said to the girl.

SHINee suddenly fell silent. "Hey. How're you guys?" Ynna greeted them. I felt like an outcast that I sat on the table and ate the Carbonara I failed to heat. "And you.." Ynna turned to my direction. "You must not know me but I'm Ynna, Minho's childhood friend." She gave me a warm smile but her eyes were cold, like telling me I don't belong here. "Hi. I'm Lyn, SHINee's, ermm, friend." Ynna's eyes widened. "Really?" She turned towards the guys. "You've never told me you could be friends with an outsider.." "Uhmm, excuse me. Outsider?" Ynna returned her gaze to me. "Outsider. Meaning: Not famous." I feel like I shrunk on my seat. I just remained silent and didn't say a word. "But of course, you guys are friendly." Ynna smiled. She turned to the boys and batted her eyelashes. "I-I gotta go. Heera's looking for me." I immediately grabbed my things and made my way out. "Wait!" Minho called but a foot trip me, making me fall and a Melon Shake on the table spill on me. "Oh my God. I'm so sorry, Lyn." Ynna said, her tone telling me the other way. I feel completely trashed. Tears started to form on my eyes but I faked a smile as I get up. "It's alright. I really need to go. Bye." Then I rushed out. I barely heard Minho when I shut the door, "Lyn, I'll call you, Okay?"
