Joeys pov
At this point my heart was racing so fast that i could barley breath but i new in my heart that this is the right thing to do but at the same time my heart is also telling me that i'm going to get in real trouble with this.
I finally get to the village and immediately i spotted guards "oh shoot" i whisper to myself. as i keep walking i tried to blend in with the crowd as possible. I have never been out in the village before so no one really recognizes me but that doesn't stop them from looking at me. I mean who can blame them, my attire screams royalty. I try to get in between the houses and shops but i spot the most beautiful thing i laid my eyes on. CRYSTALS. i scream in my head but in real life i'm gasping. I run over to the crystal shop and admire all the beautiful crystals.
When i walk in I notice all the prices on this board at the purchase counter. All of it was really expensive but why should i be talking i'm a prince for namesake. But i dint have any money on me so i turn around and walk away. Everybody is staring at me in the shop and gossiping on the other persons ear. I couldn't really hear what they were saying but i heard one she said "Is that Kings son we've been hearing about lately. And the other person i couldn't really get a listen.
As i walk out of the beautiful Crystal shop i kinda feel light headed. Then i started breathing heavily. Then after that i see a dark figure out in the middle where every one was walking. I quickly back up and the next thing i knew i tripped over something and landed into someones arms. He had black brownish hair and he was a little bit taller than me. And to be honest he kind of looked cute?
"Whoa are you ok?" he asks. " yea i'm fine" i replay back. " are you sure?"
"totally"
"Well you don't look ok your nose is bleeding"he says in a concerning way. "Wait what?" i poke at the bottom of my nose and all i saw was blood on the tip of my finger. Then again my vision started getting blury and all i saw behind this boy is another dark figure but she looked different. she kind of looked like my mom. " I think i need to take you to the doctor" he says again concerningly.
We get to the doctor and he tells him that everything fine but he said something else after that i couldn't get to hear clearly. And when he said it what ever it was the boys Eyes went wide. "What" i said "You dint hear what he was saying?"the boy asked "No,why was it bad"
"This is what i was afraid of" the doctor said "Afraid of what" i said louder. "I'm afraid i cant tell you right now because of some reasons" the doctor explained "WHY DOES EVERYBODY ALWAYS TELL ME THAT" Right after i said that i stormed out of the doctors and went toward the castle.
"HEY WHERE ARE YOU GOING" the boy ran towards "Back home" i say back "Well can i walk with you to you house. "Actually yo-" before i even finish my sentence i see two guards look straight at me but it took them at least a minute to even recognize me (they are not the brightest). I grab the boys wrist and take him behind a bush in between these two shops in the main center of the village. "What are we hiding from?" He asks "The guards" i say in a whisper shushing him. "Why are you wanted?" he asks "No, well sorta, but now i am i guess" I whisper back. "Are you not a citizen here?" "Oh i'm a citizen alright"
"Then why are you hiding?" "I cant really tell you ill get in big trouble and i mean BIG trouble" I say to him. "Well do you live in the ca-" "Wait how big of trouble are we talking about?" "BIG trouble" "Wait are you the prince?". I stay quiet. "I new you were a prince i mean the attire you are wearing screams prince." "Yea probably should have changed." "Well i'm Daniel by the way." "Joey." "Joey, I like that name." "Yea yea thanks now can we get to the point that i need to get back home now?" "ok,ok, ok i get it you need to get home." "thank you" i say. "What do you do in the castle anyways spend your time counting your jewelry every now and then" he laughs."oh shut up" i say while pushing him on to the ground."
The guards finally look back and it was our chance to to make a run for it. "Ok this time lets make a run for it"
"You've already said that a million times al-" Before he could finish his complaint of the day i grab his wrist again and run in between the public road and run towards the castle.
"Ok we made it" i said out of breath from running all the way to the bottom of my Rapunzel tower. "Nice room Rapunzel" "again shut up" "Well i guess this is goodbye" i say as we are still out of breath" "Wait your not coming back?" "why do you want me to come back?" " I don't know maby?" he says in a cute way like when you were little and you wanted something really bad but didn't really want to show it. " Oh alright i'll try to come back." "Ok tomorrow it is then ill meet you here?" "sure."
