Selina :: Saturday morning 10 am
I turned in my bed after receiving the 8th missed call from Carl and my phone vibrated again before it hung up and a text bubble appeared on the front screen.

Was all he sent and I knew what he was talking about. I rubbed my eyes unable to pull myself out of bed but eventually getting to it and getting dressed in the proper clothing.
Once I was done showering and brushing my teeth I made my way out of the house before my grandmother woke up asking for shit.
It took over 15 minutes but I arrived and I spotted him there sitting on the bleachers by himself.
"I see the cornrows are gone" I say running my fingers through his hair and sitting down next to him. He just looked at me and turned the other way as if I wasn't there.
"Its early, why are you up and sitting out here in the cold" I ask again trying to pry something out of him and he sighed finally giving in. "My sister found out about the party last night and started bitching early this morning as always so I left"
"How come your parents never react when you do crazy stuff, Its always your sister?" He never really told me anything about his family. Like deep stuff and I didn't want to know if he was uncomfortable on talking about it so I don't pressure him.
"Thats the thing, If they actually cared at all" He trailed off and I licked my lips and hooking my arm into his while laying my head on his shoulder.
"I wish my parents cared too"
"They do" Carl said and I picked my head up off of his shoulder and looked at him confused. "How?"
"They came and picked you up last night remember " He replied smartly and I chuckled punching him in the arm hard. "Ow! Im just telling the truth"
"Dom and Ace are not my damn parents and I wish everyone would shut the fuck up about my job" I reply back kind of upset. Every time I think about all of the shit Ive done for them just for money. (not like that)
Selling drugs in the freezing cold at 2 am by myself, I honestly deserved it. "I should be the one upset, I didn't even get a kiss goodbye" Carl laughed touching my chin and I pushed his hand away.
"Leave me alone Carl" I felt completely naive at the moment. Funny how my moods could change just about thinking about it.
"Come here, I didn't mean to make you upset" He says taking my arms and pulling me closer to his warm body. "Promise me you'll just stay out it ok? Dom and Ace are serious people and I don't need them hurting you over some petty bullshit"
"I dont need protecting I need to protect you, Seeing how they treat you pisses me off Sel-"
"I know that but Ive known them before Ive known you...you have to trust me on this Carl and just let me handle this from now own, If not you'll get seriously hurt" He bit his lip and nodded his head letting it go.
"Who would have known a small crush would have turned into something more" He says out of the blue and I looked up into his brown eyes.
"Your not falling in love with me are you?" I say giving him a weird look and he smirks devilishly.
"Since the day I met-"
"See there you go with that corny shit" I say pushing him off of me playfully. Carl was just a simple crush that I had feelings for. Did I see us being something more? Maybe if he didn't fuck it up by being over protective and sticking his nose in my business too much.
"Seriously Selina, your everything I ever wanted in a girl" He confesses laying his head on my lap and looking up at me.
"Wow yea ok" I bit my lip and shivered a bit. I was still tired I had been up all night selling. Ace didn't let up last night and I was afraid he would actually hurt Carl.
I never expected any of that to go down but Im back on track and hopefully I wont have to worry about that bullshit anymore.
"What?" I ask him while he stared at me smiling. "Nothing" He replied simply and I mushed his head off of me.
"Whatever you say white boy" I call before walking. back towards home and taking a nap before I had to go work later on.

I watched across the room at Selina who was counting the money we made earlier tonight. She was perfect
Why the fuck did she have to have the eyes for that scrawny ass snot nose fucker. I chuckled thinking about his lame ass name 'Carl'.
" Babe why are you looking over there, your full attentions supposed to be at me" Linsey says turning my chin with her finger so I was staring at her pretty face.
To be honest. I wasn't feeling her, she was just a good fuck every now and then. She's convinced we're in a full relationship and Ill just let her continue thinking that as long as I get to keep hitting her.
"Go get in the car Ill take you home" I say and she smacks her teeth before getting off of my lap and snatching her purse off of the side of the couch and storming out of the trap house.
I rolled my eyes and stood to my feet making my way over to Ace's desk. He had a scowl on his face as usual and I took a seat infront of him.
"You think she's still going to see that lil punk?" He asked looking in the direction of where Selina was sitting.
"You know she is. Every time she gets close to somebody you know she starts to cling and get emotionally attached" I knew our 'sister' too well. Well atleast I do.
"She's really pissing me off, missing drops and shit..either he has to go or she does" He said his voice monotone and sincere. I gave him a look and thought about it.
"Lets get rid of him. Sel's a good worker it'd be stupid to get rid of her" I suggested and he shook his head. "You know she's not going to handle him get fucking murdered..she'll know we did it and if we tell her to stop fucking with him shes just going to cause a fuss and I don't have time for that shit...shut that shit down right now" I was starting to wonder who was the boss. Him or Selina.
"We don't even have to do that, We just have her do it herself, Make him think she's using him" He leaned back in his chair and stroked his beard.
"What do you mean?"
