Of course we went to the school on Saturday. When I showed my parents, they were excited. They said it would be a good opprotunity to learn how to control my powers and make new friends. But, I knew that they wanted to get me out of the house moe then anyhting. They were scared of me and what I could do.

We pulledd up to the huge driveway to the school. You could easily tell that it has been there for over one hundred years old. There were vines and moss growing up the side of the building. It looked beautiful.

"Wow." said my sister. "Someone's a lucky duck."

"Shut up." I say as I smack her arm. "Remember why I'm here?"

"Never mind then, I do not wish to be you." she said.

She has always hated my powers, so whenever she says that she's jelous of me, I remind her of them and then she quickly changes her mind.

"Well, we are going to go and find the headmisstress." said my mom. "Kaitynn, your coming with us. And Emma, you can explore the prmisis, because this will probably be where your going to be living for a while."

Yup, they deffinately wanted to get rid of me.

"Okay mom. I'll meet you guys back here in an hour." I said as they walked away.

I turned to look back at the school.

Where to begin? I thought.

"Are you new here?" asked a voice to my left.

I turned to see a girl, around my age standing there. She has blonde hair with pink highlights, up in a ponytail.

"Yes. I am." I said.

She stuck her hand out and I took it. "I'm Lena. I've been going here for a long long time. what's your name?"

"Emma." I said.

"Cool. I'm sure we can be great friends." she said. "Well, I'll let you get back to look around. Bye" She waved and skipped away.

I turned only to stumble into a guy who was walking the other way. We both went tumbling to the ground.

"Oh my god. I'm so sorry. I didn't see you there."

"No, no. It's okay. I wasn't looking where I was going." He said. His voice sounded awfully familear.

When he looked up and I saw his face, I said, "Chris?"
