"James Potter! What are you thinking about? Quickly! Clean the floor before you parents comes home!" Lily shrieked, looking at the melted snow on the floor now a huge shining and glistening puddle of water on the floor.

"Yes, Mom." James rolled his eyes as he dragged himself off the chair reluctantly. Hazel clucked her tongue and James gave her the stink eye. Sirius smirked from his place beside her, sniggering to himself as they watched Lily rant on and on to James about why water puddles in houses should be cleaned up. Peter, rather bored, pulled out a chess board and started nibbling on one of the white horses. "Peter, why are you eating the chess piece?" Jasmine asked, her face shadowed with a frown. "They're actually gummies, quite a nice touch isn't it?" Peter questioned her. "Yes, yea. I agree, Wormtail." Remus nodded at his friend who smiled in returned.

(A/N: Omg wtf this scene is weird😂)

Jasmine looked at Peter questioningly as if asking for permission before picking up a chess piece and chucked it at Hazel.

Who caught it in her mouth and swallowed it. "Ha! And they said I couldn't be seeker!" She snorted. "That's not how you decide it." James, Sirius and Jasmine all spoke at the same heartbeat, causing light laughter over the group. Hazel rolled her eyes, "Oh you're no fun! Seriously. All three of you?" She complained. "Thanks for insulting me. I'm really glad about it." Sirius told his girlfriend dryly. "Aww... Sorry Paddie." Hazel rolled her eyes light-heartedly and gave him a peck on the lips which brought a bright smile onto Sirius' face immediately.

"PDA ALERT! RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!" Peter yelled and there was a scramble when Remus, Lily and Jasmine all reached for their books, stacked upon one another, to hide behind. "Honestly, you guys? Out of all the things you can hide behind, you choose a book." James sighed, running a hand through his already-way-too-messy hair. "I don't need to hide behind you, Prongs." Remus said. "If anything, I'd rather hide behind Rem than you." Jasmine answered James at the same time.

"That's option two in my mind." Lily said a mini-second later than the two. "I didn't say 'hide behind me', I said 'out of all the things you can hide behind'." James corrected them. "Still..." All three said in sync. Sirius chuckled and Peter smirked.

James was forced to clean up the puddle and Lily overlooked his process, snipping at his heels whenever he stopped. Hazel and Jasmine were communicating in rapid French and Remus had a book propped open in front of him but his eyes didn't move. Sirius had a suspicion that he was listening on to the girls' French conversation, as he was. "Dinner time!" Euphemia called from the kitchen when Fleamont passed.

"Mr Lupin." Jasmine acknowledged him with a mischievous look when he sat down beside her. "Miss Cooper." Remus replied, mimicking the look plastered across her face. "Remus! It's suppose to be Mrs Lupin! Face it!" Hazel laughed and high-fived James. Sirius nodded furiously and Peter smirked along with Lily who snickered at Jasmine and Remus' faces which heated up with a considerable amount. Curtesy of Miss Hazel Watson.

"Oh shut up, Hazel Black." Jasmine countered, a smirk fell in place as she did so. Hazel and Sirius blushed madly, earning more snickering. "Nice one." Remus complemented quietly. Jasmine's smirk widened and she dug into her dinner.

(A/N: Guys, I'm so sorry, I hate A/Ns that are in the middle, but I just wanted to say sorry for writing badly about their Christmas holidays. Truly I am.)

Time Skip to 2 1/2 weeks after the Holiday

2 week and a half week had passed since the Marauders, Lily, Hazel and Jasmine had returned to Hogwarts and the teachers were pressuring them with more and more homework everyday. Whilst James, Sirius and Hazel were most displeased by the amount of homework, Jasmine, Remus and Lily tried to find time to finish them as fast as possible. Poor Peter tried to keep up with his school work but ended up confused so Lily decided to take it upon herself and started to tutor Peter about their lessons. Remus and Jasmine's relationship was no longer in secret. Whenever they passed the halls, they felt envious stares on their back and whispers about them.

"Slughorn's given us so much homework! McGonagall isn't any better either!" Hazel groaned as she fished around her bag for her quill. "Quiet down!" Madam Prince hissed. Hazel rolled her eyes but nodded at the librarian. "Anyone would think we'd taken N.E.W.T.s!" James moaned as he fiddled with his quill. "Agreed." Sirius and Peter both spoke at the same moment. Without looking up from her work, Jasmine asked in a very surprised tone, "You didn't take N.E.W.T.s?" and Remus and Lily didn't speak. When James, Sirius, Peter and Hazel looked over, they found a not-so-shocking-because-it's-expected-but-still-shocking sight. The three seventh years had their noses buried into their homework, their quills scratching the parchments.

When Jasmine's quill and ink ran out, she groaned in annoyance. "Great! Now I can't finish my homework because I don't have ink!" She complained, digging around the bag she brought along to see if there was any spare ink. "Nothing." She sighed when she finished searching her bag for the fifth time. "We can share." Remus offered. "You must share." Sirius corrected. Both of them ignored him. Smiling gratefully at her boyfriend, Jasmine dipped her falcon quill into his ink and continued writing, finishing all her homework for the weekend in record time. "Finished!" Jasmine grinned triumphantly after a couple of hours. "No way!" Lily gasped, craning her neck to look at her friend's parchments, scattered over the table. Remus scribbled the last few words onto his Potions essay and announced that he, too, had finished.

"What the heck, you two?" Hazel complained, Jasmine looking highly amused at Hazel's protesting look. "We'll be in the kitchens if you need us." Remus said, waiting patiently for Jasmine to pack up her scattered sheets, blotted with words. "Kitchen or dorm?" Sirius asked, wriggling his eyebrows suggestively. "Kitchen." They both said in unison, without hesitation, all while glaring at Sirius who smirked at them. "Oh, all right then. Go and enjoy your date!" James shooed them off. "James Potter, I swear. Say that one more time..." Jasmine left the threat hanging and strode out after Remus.
