DAN'S POV

There were really a few moments where i was speechless. Im a guy who likes to talk, scream, laugh and rant about almost everything. But right there, in that moment, reading that conversation, i had nothing to say. I wanted to hug her, like really tight and not let go. She was a total stranger but she told me so many nice things i cant even start to describe how i feel. The truth is there are moments in my life where i became the mess i was before i met Phil. There are times when i just locked myself in my room and im not going out until i dehydrate myself because of crying. Because, even though im a youtuber and many people like what i do and i have Phil in my life, i sometimes feel like a complete failure. I need someone in my life to hold me when im like this. Phil is great, but he is constantly looking for the bright side and he doesnt understand that sometimes i need someone that just sits besides me, grab my hand and remain in silence for hours. 

And suddenly, with no intentions, with zero planning, this girl comes in, a girl that i never met in my life, yet she gave me and analysis of my life and told me i was a rainbow, that im glowing, that im like the moon. And who knew that was what i needed? I felt a bit disorientated because i knew nothing about her, just her name and what she studied. I realize it was my responsability to get to know Piper and make her feel the way that i feel knowing that someone out there thinks im a rainbow.
